The employees in Home Depot had amazing customer service towards the customers, also I like that one particular employee was able to help us choose the flooring of our choice and recommended us tips and tools that would have the flooring look at its best.

Excellent help we recieved from Mercy,a cashier from the store.

Cashier Nallely was extremely helpful! In my store, she would be known as the standard all other employees have to be at. Because of her, I will definitely be back to buy more tools. Good job Nallely! Go ahead and take the rest of the day off!

Everything about this store is good. I would have given it a 5 if I didn't have to walk around the entire store looking for someone to help me find what I was looking for. Also, would it kill the employees if they smiled every once in awhile?

At this particular time ( Still under covid mandates) everywhere you go people keep their distance and hardly anybody greets you. At this Home Depot all employees you make eye contact with greet you and acknowledge your presence. That definitely makes you feel good.

Store time after time messed up my door order. After 8 months of hoping to get a door for my home, Home Depot simply did not come through with a price that was anywhere near the price first quoted even though 8 months of mistakes had been made on their part. Will no longer shop there and would not recommend.

Went in with my 4 yr old Son to buy some plants cashier was very friendly, nice and engaging with him. Goes a long way when employee cares about customers.

Marielena at the returns desk is very efficient and courteous. She made certain the pieces I had to return for our bathroom project were done in an efficient and correct way. She is a huge plus in this store.

the customer service we received was incredible. They did not have the items in store and had to order them in. Understandable due to the covid19 backlog and shortages. It was a pleasant and refreshing experience to see good customer service!!

Criscella at the return desk was very efficient and gracious. She got me to the correct return line and allowed me to leave a weighty bag of tile on the counter so that I didn't have to carry it through the line. She handled the return perfectly and with a lovely smile. I appreciate that she is on your staff.

I always get the help I need with promptness. They have in stock the products I need and if in need of help I've never had an issue getting assistance from employees .

Store was well stocked and had lots of employees helping on this very busy Friday. The customers should be more considerate of others, and its employees by shopping for their needs and move along. Some were conversing in the isles causing crowdness. "People, we are in a pandemic", get your essential needs and move on. PLEASE STAY SAFE AND LET US KEEP OTHERS IN MIND!

Worst customer service. Had me standing around for an hour. Asked four different employees for help and they all said they’d call someone nobody would ever show. Will be spending my money elsewhere.

The store was clean and organized. The staff is not only knowledgeable, but friendly!

I had a good shopping experience. I had a young man who helped load materials on my cart. He took them to the register and helped load them into my truck. I found everything I needed for my project. I would definitely go back if I need more supplies.

This store had everything I needed when I unexpectedly had to re-tile my kitchen floor, and the prices were great! The sales associates knew what to recommend for the tile I was purchasing (Thin mix & grout). They even helped me load everything in my vehicle! Great service! Knowledgeable staff!

I was I need of 60X60 Scaffolding. No other store had them on hand . Went online and seen this store had them in stock . Went and purchased the scaffolding I needed to complete my LED Light installation in my carport !
