The Midland Michigan Home Depot is the Best!

I just retired and there are alot of fixer uppers I need to do..and I couldn't think of anywhere else I'd love to go for help and products...I never thought I'd say this..but I'm actually excited to go to this specific Home Depot.....Wish it was free when I walked out....ha. Great crew at this Midland Mi Home Depot ....everytime I go in there the employees are helpful and very nice. Poor them..I'm new to DIY home fixer uppers and I bombard them with a thousand of questions....never once have they not been patient and helped me. love this store.

Got a great price on the product that I purchased.

I recently purchased new carpeting and was pleasantly surprised with how much attention and patience was paid to me during the whole process. In a world where it seems like no one has time to be courteous anymore, it was a pleasant experience to purchase carpeting! The sales associate was patient, didn’t try to “upsell” me and was genuinely interested in helping me get the most for my money. Well done!

I have dyslexia, so I struggle with reading signs for the aisles sometimes. The signs in the Home Depot are very large and in a clear font, so I was able to read what each aisle was in my line of sight as soon as I entered the building. It helped me get to exactly where I needed to go after just a moment, rather than having to go up and down aisles or having to walk up to the aisle to be able to read the sign.

We have been to Home Depot about four times this past week. Each and every time, we were greeted with smiling, helpful employees. That really means a lot nowadays!!! And the service was awesome in the paint and plant departments!!! Thank you all!!!

All of the staff at the Midland Home Depot are so very kind and helpful. I love this store.

After ordering a special order cabinet that is late on arrival, Ive experienced very poor communication between HD and myself in the form of updates. Not once have I received any lines of communication via email, text or phone call in regards to an order thats over a week behind schedule. Even after stopping by customer service 5x’s I still haven’t received any outbound updates.

The employees in the Midland Michigan store have some of the best people. They are friendly and helpful. They always seen to go above and beyond. They take time to get to know there customers. Thanks

Shay is friendly and efficient. We were buying 8 home appliances during the Black Friday bundle-sale-manufacturers incentives and she helped us maximize our savings.

I was shopping for a new Range. They had a lot of Ranges to choose from and if I didn't see exactly what I was looking for I could go online and look.

I have had my Shark for a couple of months and I use it almost every day.

This store has great employees that have been very helpful to folks in the community whose homes were devastated by the flood of 2020 when three local dams broke.

I had a very pleasant experience at the Home Depot in Midland, Michigan today. I was having difficulty with locating certain functions within the self checkout system and I was assisted by one of the friendliest associates I have ever interacted with at the store! Her name in Gini, like in Virginia, and she helped me with multiple questions while doing so with an incredible smile and demeanor! Gini is AWESOME!! So Home Depot you better do everything you can to keep and recruit more employees just like her!!!

I've made several visits to this store and have found the items I've been looking for and have been offered alternative products that worked better than what I thought I needed.

According to the guy who was not super happy to help us. We have purchased for our project. The armpit of wood. Sorry we bothered you sir. To the lady at the counter who checked us out: clearly it’s our fault we were shocked that he said that and then bolted away from us, we are also sorry we put you out by asking for an explanation. We did not appreciate the poor service we received. This must have been an off day, I have never received that sort of service at Home Depot before, have always been happy with the service I have gotten there. It must have been an off night. But it was OFF.

The Midland Store is very close to my home and in a neighbor hood that has lots of stores and lights around so you feel safe would recommend this store to everyone

This worker (Dana) popped up to check me out so I didn't have to wait and then arranged for someone to help me load my van. I was very tired (and I have a hand fracture) so I was very happy she was so pleasant and helpful to me.

We went through the kitchen design process with Becky and Scruffy also assisted us with the purchase. They were both so helpful and easy to work with throughout the entire process. They were realistic about options within our budget and helped create a dream kitchen that was everything we could ask for!

She is the reason I am still raving about the experience. Haven't used self-check before...if she's there, I may do it again. Great representative of your store.
