I was at the self check out and the employee that was there to assist was the most kind, friendly and most helpful in my checkout and explaining the offer I participated in which saved me $50 toward my purchase. Excellent young man.

The employee at the pro desk (Danna Layman) is consistently helpful and knowledgeable. She listens to my needs and goes the extra distance to help. Alos she is very proactive with our company.

The associates at the MWC Home Depot go above and beyond to help and appear to actually enjoy their job. Love shopping here mainly because of the customer service.

Went to the checkout with the light on & the Lady told Me I was in the wrong line & to go to the one with the light on, She had a real snotty Attitude about it

Had a nice experience with my shopping at hand. Found more then I bargained for and didn't realize I couldn't live without it until I saw the many choices of plant pots! And couldn't leave without another new plant either ( small addition problem , NOT a problem for me though )

I was a bit unsure about what I would select for my landscaping project, but was pleasantly surprised with many options and a great deal of help from an employee

We had a few items that we were looking for and we spoke to 3 different employees about different items and each one of them were friendly and helped us get the things we were looking for.

I went in to grab a few items for a new rental property and received so much help from Keely she’s was very knowledgeable which help me make the best decision.

Was helped by a friendly, helpful employee in the floor department, a very nice lady at the self-check who wanted to assist me, and requested a helper, Paul, who carried out my floor to the car with a good attitude. A pleasure to shop there!

Woke up to a leaking toilet from upstairs and already had made it through the floor onto the bottom bathroom... drip drip drip! So off to The Home Depot in Midwest City because it's the closest. We were struggling with getting the large and heavy box onto the pallet. An employee noticed us struggling and ran over to help lift it onto the pallet. We were so thankful and appreciative. We also had a great experience during the checkout with Arianne. She put a smile on our faces, so pleasant! When we got to the vehicle to load this box, we were standing there coming up with a plan on how to get the box into back of SUV when a guy came running over to help lift the box. Can't complement enough on the excellent customer service at this store!

I love this home depot, it's around the corner from my house, and they always have what I need, and I buy a lot from them.... if you don't already shop @ Home Depot, I have never been disappointed, so I recommend them!

We found exactly what we were looking for.

Wait 15 min to get a cabinent unlocked instead of the manager unlocking it herself she calls for someone and have to wait a total of 20 min to get a $20 spool of wire. Manager was too good to unlock the cabinent herself. And its a combo lock not even a key. Shed rather talk about fried food with the paint department. Ya that makes sense lock up a $20 spool of thermostat wire and have $300 spool of romex sitting out.. MAKES SENSE

At this store there is always an employee on duty at self checkout. I rarely have a glitch there, but the employee often asks if any help is needed. When an employee is needed, such as for an OK on buying a can of spray paint, they immediately process the purchase, as I am over eighty years of age. We usually get a laugh about that. Excellent service.

Huge selection of very healthy plants in stock. Sale price on mulch was fantastic. Store is well stocked and employees very helpful.

I was in the store on Sunday 5/21, and had the best help from Mr. Sammie. He made sure that I found what I was looking for. He was not going to give up until we found it. I appreciate that kind of help!

Had great customer service both with staff in garden and also at service desk with special order

My husband and I were in the Midwest City store today looking for window blinds. The lady and her son who were working in that department were very knowledgeable and very helpful. We bought part of what we needed and the rest was out of stock. Heather at the front went above and beyond in calling other stores to locate the rest of what we needed. We will be picking up the rest of our order at the Reno store. I hope they are as helpful.

I have had times here where it takes forever for loaders to help but I understand they are spread thin. In the past it seemed as if employees would avoid eye contact to avoid extra work, but I think that has changed. It was a pleasant experience and they initiated conversation to help me find what I needed. When there was something not in stock, they verified physically first then offered an alternative for me so I didn’t leave without a solution. Even the self checkout attendees were great and helpful. Everyone working that I saw had a positive attitude today. Great work

Great experience, Ira helped me find exactly what I needed after I explained my situation, Teina was quick friendly and smiled as she rang my things up— “NO SELF CHECK OUT- WAITING IN LINE FOR 30 minutes like Wal Mart”

Was really impressed with customer service. The cashier was very professional and the gentleman that helped me went above and beyond to help ke find what I was looking for.

We had 3 things to shop for. A leaf blower, a pressure washer and a tree pruning saw. They didn't have the leaf blower we wanted in stock. We could not find the pressure washers and finally found a new box for the tree pruning saw. It was a happy day turning sour until we met Cherry at the checkout. She helped us get the added components my BD Boy wanted and we got happy again!
