Bought several herbs a few week ago for a great price.

GREAT AND FRIENDLY STAFF EVEN ON A BUSY HOLIDAY WEEKEND

Went to the Home Depot located near Kings Plaza. Needed help in the lumber department. Dave in lumber was extremely helpful, kind and knowledgeable. If you ever need lumber or have questions about lumber, ask for Dave he really knows his stuff.

Got two different keys duplicated and after a trip to Home Depot and back, find out I not only wasted an hour of my time but $8 as well as the keys don’t work! Seriously Home Depot?

Laurence assisted me with obtaining tools for my first DIY project. He was very approachable and knowledgeable. He knew what I needed for the project as if he could read my mind. He gave me great pointers as well. As a novice DIYer this experience was a breath of fresh air because of Laurence's expertise and friendly manner. I plan on returning to for future projects.

The staff was very helpful in helping me rent the truck and load up the truck with all of my gardening supplies. I would definitely recommend this Home Depot to anyone who is curious about where to shop for supplies.

Just visited to purchase paint and some painting supplies. Everyone from the paint counter employee to the cashier was super helpful and friendly. A very pleasant experience!

Sales associates at checkout were friendly and professional.

She answered all of my questions and was very respectful.

Customer service will waste your time, not solve your problem, and then make you pay more to buy something else.

My husband and I went there on a cold Saturday evening and did not regret it. Walked in looking for two items and less than one hour later, we left happy with one item in hand and very excited to know that the other item was on the way. Gladys is the best in customer service. She will work with you until you are satisfied. Her warm and friendly demeanor was also greatly appreciated.

Every time I go there to shop I’m so pleased I did. Great staff and find other products that can be users friendly to get my job done.

The management is at time overwhelmed but they are effective when they eventually catch up to your pending case. It's a smaller Home Depot so you may not find everything you need in stock but overall this is a decent store to shop

At Mill basin Home Depot I got a 50% discount on tools even though the discounted items were out of stock. The rep helped me find what I was looking for and gave me the exact discount displayed.

Gladys was Great! Gladys was very knowledgeable and patient with me and I would recommend her to anyone. She knows her stuck and very kind. Makes a difference when you are spending your money and time somewhere.

Good store to shop in for stuff you need

I had one of my best experiences this morning at this location. It started with Kayalie at the return area. She was pleasant and was nice enough to walk with me to another area to hand me off to an employee with knowledge in that area. The gentleman knew his stuff. Sonia checked me out she was nice and efficient.
