Would have been nice to find what I needed. However when workers just dissappear when you're asking for help it is very discouraging for me to continue shopping there. Especially when I overheard Nate telling a guy to leave the store because he made workers uncomfortable but he wouldn't tell the worker what he could have done to offend them.

Always stocked well and have what I need. The prices are competitive and the sales personnel are always helpful.

This is a great store to shop at. It has a well stock supply of items for sale. The workers are friendly and willing to help you find what you are looking for. It is a store that takes pride in keep things neat and in order.

I’ve had to return a couple items the past week because of my errors and both times the returns were processed easily. One required their explanation and verification but was a formality. Very efficient and friendly.

Great store. The employees are always very helpful and they almost always have what I need. I wouldn’t shop at any other home supply store.

I've been looking for a specific dishwasher low, and high. I've checked online, and in stores where it showed that it was "in stock" when it wasn't. I came to home depot as a last resort with little hope. It should have been my first resort. The store was clean, the help was there, and ready, and Gary from appliances. Gary was amazing! He not only found the dishwasher I wanted, but got it ordered, and set up for delivery for me. He took his time to answer questions, and went above, and beyond to show me how to take my old one out, and explained what I might run into. He literally took me over to a dishwasher, and showed me what I'd be looking for. The price wasn't great, since we didn't have any store credit here, like a competitor, but Gary did what he could. I didn't mind paying more, when the customer service, knowledge, and honesty that came from him topped the service I'd received elsewhere. If you need ANYTHING from appliances ask for Gary. He's very patient, and knows a lot about his area, and then some. Really kind, personable guy. 10/10 will be back to Home Depot from now on, simply because of my experience with Gary. Can't wait to get my new dishwasher, especially after the hype he gave it!!

From the greeting at the front door to help with miscellaneous products to my eventual meeting with a true professional in kitchen design, everyone was professional even while answering questions like, "Where do I find doors?" They easily could have sarcastically said, "Read the signs lady." A clean store with a great shopping experience.

I usually use the Benton Harbor, Michigan store since it is closer to my home. However since I was shopping in Mishawaka, I planned on getting my need supplied while there. I find the Mishawaka store a great backup location for my needs. The service is great and the inventory is kept up. Thank you for your service.

Store manager Joe went above and beyond to resolve an issue I had was an online order. I came in so frustrated and he and associate Julie were so extremely helpful. They took the time to listen and did not give up in resolving the issue. They were so friendly and put my mind at ease. I would highly recommend this Home Depot store!

Rehung a large flower box a month ago and employee Amy steered me in the right direction with what I needed.

Working on a backyard project and needed help with heavy items. The Supervisor , Sergio was walking by, dropped everything to help me. He even walked me to my car and loaded the heavy items in my trunk for me. Thank you Home Depot for having awesome customer service!

We purchased (2) Dewalt yard items. We received fast service and everything was in stock.

I'm buying a new house and have to have many things updated. Melody, the counter top design consultant went above and beyond is assisting me. Ordered several products and the delivery was well coordinated so that everything will be delivered at one time.

I purchased a Dewalt power station at the Mishawaka, IN Home Depot on 7/19/23. The product's listed information on the website (including the number of these products in stock at the Mishawaka store) advertised a price much lower than the actual in-store price. The cashier was helpful in looking into this, but the department manager was rude and dismissive. This seems to me a very dishonest practice.

Been shopping at this store for number of years, have purchased several hundred dollars in tools, material and equipment for lawn/garden over the years.

I’ve been shopping at Home Depot for like six years and nothing but the best to say about everybody and the product. Cheryl was amazing every time I was there, including today she went above and beyond to help me even if she had to walk across the whole store, just to find a little thing that I was looking for.

Store is great. Everyone I have dealt with has been very helpful during my remodeling project, especially the Kitchen and Counters Pros (Melony & Sarah). The paint section pros are great too.

I bought total of 11 perennials yesterday 6/28/23. To my surprise when posting the transaction paid for on my Debit card in my check register discovered I got charged for additional perennial plant for 8.98 plus tax. It's my word against Home Depots. We were looking for a light bulb that was older and you didn’t have in the store. The lady that helped was not sure of a different size so she asked that we wait for Lindsay. When she saw Lindsay come in she had her come find us and she was very helpful.

I am not too happy with how this visit went at Mishawaka. I was in flooring and a guy named Sergio asks if I need any help I said yes he took me to paint. Instead of helping me more he immediately starts yelling at two associates Joe and Jackie who were talking about finding a product at work. They weren't on their phone, it wasn't small talk, they weren't sitting. Sergio called them lazy and told them to get to work and they would both be in the managers log and possibly wrote up. Joe said he had everything done and was working on something well I interrupted and asked if Sergio could help me find the right stain. He said yes be right back takes Joe to another isle and yells at him more. He never did come back and help me. Jackie did and she looked like she was about to cry. I feel sorry for Joe and Jackie they should have been called to an office or backroom and talked to professionally. I've talked to Joe on a previous visit and he is a hard worker, quick and knowledgeable.

Very customer friendly and Justice was awesome and knowledgeable in the wood department .

Bought over 20 plants from garden center , great plants & selection !
