We bought a use house recently. And we visit this store to buy all the materials and appliances. Whenever we need to return some of the materials they help us a lot . We bought paint wood light fans and more .

I was given a horrible attitude due to the fact that I got there 10 minutes before closing time therefore, the cashier in the garden center refused to help me find a cart. She also refused to help me find the items I was looking for so a gentleman that was not even his department offered to help me. Then when it was time to check out the cashier which was a different lady was super rude and rolled her eyes at me when I pulled out my phone to show her some items that I wanted to price match

Manny, from the Mission TX store was very kind, polite, and was a great help.

Go in this store everyday for project materials always organized and clean!

I went in and out in a flash! Everything was well stocked and I found what I needed to purchase in an instant! The employees attended me quick and were very helpful.

After getting a tote that was not labeled correctly at the store, advise them of pricing difference employee went to go review the pricing and instead of bringing back the correct tote at the correct price I had to walk all the way out to go get the correct tote pay the actual price it was not assisted by all the manager that was there with employees did not offer to help whatsoever. It was a horrible experience. This has never happened at any other Home Depot, very very disappointed. It’s just sad.

I always come to shop here and have observed how employees run to assist winter Texans. When I've asked for assistance not one employee shows up.

My wife and I were very pleased with the cleanliness of the store. We were exceptionally pleased with the courtesy, helpfulness and professionalism of the employees; not to mention the wide variety of high quality of products the store offers.

Purchase $1,400. 00 had to get refund because no one wanted to help me and went to the nearest competitor to open and account at MCoys my ch better service and help you carry the stuff to your vehicle. They also have a flawless system

I am not sure who your management team is, but they are very skilled in customer service time management and quality control of the items that you have on your shelves. Everybody is always willing to help, and they have the ability to answer questions without shrugging their shoulders, like some of the other stores do. I definitely drive a long way to come to the store, because they are always well stocked in comparison to the other stores in the valley kudos to your team there’s a gentleman there that runs a great crew. His first name is Javier super aware of where his product is.

I was looking for firewood. $6 pack. 350 on the website in stock. I went looking for “G2” - no such thing. Garden said they had no idea, sent me inside, customer service said no idea and called to a manager three times with no response. Told me to check grill area. Nothing there. Garden says if they aren’t in this aisle we don’t have them. If you’re missing over 3,000$ in merch, you have a problem. I stayed stubborn, eventually a fella in a wheelchair walked out to garden with me and I spotted the stack on the very top at the very far back. Multiple employees just told me they didn’t have them and shrugged saying they don’t know where they are.

Within the last 48 hours, I have been in and out of this store & spent over $500. The customer service left alot to be desired. The manager in charge of the Electrical Department had me following him around like a puppy dog and after about 35 minutes or so he finally said he couldn't do anything for me until the following day. As a result I had to drive at least 20 minutes on the highway to another Home Depot Location to get what I needed. Were it not for Crystal Hinojosa, an associate/ clerk who was extremely helpful to me on both days, I wouldn't have gone back today to buy a much needed drill . When I went in this afternoon, she recognized me and recalled I had spent a little over 2 hours there yesterday and 1 & 1/2 hrs earlier this morning.
