In the lumber area the checkout is slow and an attitude of not wanting to do anything. If there is an issue it is not resolved and they scan the wrong bar code and charge you the higher price. You have to then go to customer service to get things resolved even though you point it out before paying. The time spent to get the items cleared up, it is better to drive to a different store. Charging for a 4 x 8 when it is clearly a 2 x 4 .

We were looking for Roebic products for a septic system, found the treatment but not the root killer, found an alternative but would rather stay with the Roebic. Nice lady helped me find root killer in that department. I appreciate the help at the store.

I bought a Christmas Tree on sale at a reasonable price. The tree is pre-lit with multiple lighting settings. Excited about the lighting options!!!

EVERY TIME I GO IN THE CASHIERS ARE RUDE. THIS HAS BEEN LIKE THIS FOR OVER 15 YRS. IT JUST GETTING WORSE. NOBODY AROUND TO HELP. NOT ANY EMPLOYEES KNOWS NOTHING.NEVER HAVE ANUTHING IN STOCK

When I was trying to fix my faucet, one of the Home Depot associate helped me picking up the right parts and even gave me some tips to fix it.. I was able to save almost $250 and fixed it for $ 28. Who doesn't want to go to a store with such great employees? Home Depot is my first choice of shopping.

The garden section has a wonderful selection of plants and soil. The tile wood and stone for remodeling floors is terrific with great prices and selections.

I bought a special lightbulb for my outdoor light. I was somewhat puzzled in trying to find the lightbulb. A vendor attempted to help me and sought help for me. The second young lady assisted me and I was relieved and happy. Both were great and made me feel appreciated.

Paula and another gentleman in the garden center were both friendly, helpful and engaging. I look forward to seeing their smiling faces again on future visits.

Vonda the associate that works in the garden department. Sorry to say that most home improvement stores are the same. The one thing that makes them different is the associates. Most time you are chasing them to find an item you need. I worked myself at the Home Depot in Sterling Heights , Michigan. My responsibility was the Tool Rental. When it started to slow down in the evening and we had an extra person in the department I would leave the department and just walk around the store , talk to customers and see if there was anything they needed that they might not be finding. This was no big deal but I just like to talk to customers get their feelings and I think customers like that. because everyone wants to be acknowledged. Just my opinion

We are writing this review about great customer service from one particular employee and does not represent most of their employees, who need training in this vital area. Mr. Dean Vigilante, who works in the doors area of the store, helped us on our past visit. He initially approached us, which was to our surprise. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and went beyond to assist us. Very friendly and a good example of what the phrase "customer service" really means. He would do well in training other employees about this forgotten art.
