Buying a clothes dryer in Winder on a Sunday in October we got no service from the appliance department. This is standard practice at this store so the next Sunday we went to Monroe in anticipation of service. We got an associate card and she printed a quote. However when we phoned in our order today, we found out we are out of the local delivery zone and did not qualify for next day delivery. We look forward to dry clothes.

Diana the assistant manager is the best, she stopped what she was doing and helped me with an online purchase. She was very knowledgeable and explained all the delivery and purchase options for this major purchase. Very pleasant and professional young lady. I would recommend doing busy at this location just because of her. Steve, was also a dream to work with.

We actually go pass the HD in our county to go to the one in another county. Monroe Ga Home Depot is the absolute best! Best customer service. Most knowledgeable staff. Ample supply of products needed. I highly recommend this store!

Purchased a Bosch refrigerator from the Monroe, GA Home Depot on June 11. Robin in the Appliance Division is knowledgeable, professional and friendly. In my many times shopping at this Home Depot and competitors, this experience was exceptional, the best!

I had help from (2) staff members who were extremely helpful. I remember 1 gentleman and a lady who was patient with me while I made a decision what to purchase and they walked me through the process.

I LIVE IN ATHENS, BUT WENT TO THE MONROE STORE BECAUSE THE STAFF THERE IS MUCH MORE KNOWLEDGEABLE.

From the minute you enter the Monroe store you are greeted by multiple people who want know if you need help. The store manager and assistant store managers are great! Very helpful and very knowledgeable.
