We made a run to the Home Garden section. The women who manage this section are incredibly knowledgable and go over/beyond with customer service to answer questions and make suggestions. A better buy than anyone of the local nurseries with an abundance of selections!

Went there to pick up my online order and to buy a few things- I got everything I need and all the help from their hardworking employees. Unlike some other stores- the employees don’t just pass you by but they ask if you need help.

Every time I go to Montville homedepot, I always get greeted with a hello , good morning all with a smile, what projects you working on today ? Then the take me to the idles I need to get products from , if there isn’t another staff member there the greeters find some one right away, all staff very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable always smile , make sure I have everything I need …they always thank me for shopping there and always thanks me and states hope to see you again soon “HAVE A GREST DAY😁”

Such an easy purchase! We came into the store, found the item, looked it over and got checked out immediately. The cashier got someone, named Nick, to help bring our purchase to our truck. He was a very pleasant and courteous young gentleman, and was able to help get the heavy item into the truck bed. Great day for shopping!

Staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

There has been a recent influx of newly hired personnel that are friendly and most anxious to help. They will get an answer for your questions and are not afraid to admit they are new and don't know everything yet.

I travel to this store location rather than to other closer locations because of the friendly service.

JUST PURCHASED A REFRIDGERATOR BUT I HAD TO HAVE VERY SPECIFIC DIMENSONS AND THE APPLIANCE SALESMAN WAS MOST HELPFUL HE SEARCHED UNTIL HE FOUND THE PERFECT FIT

best Home Depot store I've been in

they do not stand behind the products they sell mainly Ryobi power washer that needed repair and they could not get the parts ......so I called Ryobi myself and they had the part in stock ........

The product that I wanted to purchase as 60 pack of batteries was not in stock and the Manager and customer service representative price adjusted for me 3 #20 packs to equal the 60 pack. Very kind and caring.

The employees that I encountered were outstanding. Eric in the garden center went out of his way to assist me to locate moving dollys for my business. He described were they were located and showed me, stopped the forklift and pallet moving operation that was closing off my aisle e and once he insured with other team members that the area was safe he escorted me to get my products, removed from the shelf and carried them to my cart at the other end of the garden center. He was engaging! Cashier too!

You won't be disappointed!

THERE IS A DISCONNECT

I know we often have to find help in HD, ugh, it holds me back from shopping more. Not to mention always being asked if I want a credit card-double ugh. However, when you connect with a pro who knows their stuff, wow! My mountain just became a molehill. So not only the knowledgeable pros here explain in terms I can understand, they bonus that with confidence that it's ok, we can do this. And we do. My rating is in honor of those pros at this location, they deserve it.

This store is clean, safe, well organized and a great place to shop. Home Depot offers a wide range of relevant products and services. Prices are very competitive, and assistance is available from knowledgeable staff members.
