We went in for a laundry list of things for our rental property and every store employee we came into contact with made sure to help us and direct us to the exact aisle in the store that we needed. They went out of their way to get our daughter stickers she is 3 . And we're so knowledgeable about everything in the store . They knew where everything was . They even went across the store to help us in other departments that were not theirs . The cashier was amazing and friendly . Thank you so much Justin , Pat , the gentlemen that got our daughter more stickers and the gentlemen that works in doors . We could have had a better experience.

I have visited 3 times in a week. Each employee helped find the things I wanted and checking out was nice! Joel checked me out yesterday and was very helpful. Dinah helped me today and was helpful too. Y

I purchased fence boards, they were mislabeled and not only was I told they wouldn't honor the price but I was to wait in customer service line for a refund and then reload and purchase the different boards. Whole process took 45 minutes.

We went to ace to buy a traeger quickly as ours died in the middle of smoking a brisket and nobody helped us for the 15 minutes we were in the store. The cashiers were occupied on their phones instead so we left and came to Home Depot and Krista rocked getting us an assembled traeger and loaded it into our truck so quickly, it was an amazing experience!

Not happy...they need to work on customer service. Don't work in retail if you are lazy and don't like helping people.

Was is doing a normal shopping day buying house necessities went in the other aisle I heard some thing I didn’t like it was a couple of associate talking to another associate, who was a manager that went by the weird name of a duck I know this because I asked when he was done talking to them he was being disrespectful and miss treating those associates. No one deserves this type of treatment, no matter what position you hold in the store. Will never return. And I wish I can give the store a zero stars. They don’t deserve neither the less of one.

We always get prompt help when needed and the employees are always very friendly.

Home Depot carries any & mostly everything to do with your home. Save your gas, time and go to Home Depot first. The friendly and knowledgeable employee’s always ready to help you. All you have to do is ASK.

I bought a refrigerator and a stove today and the help that I received from shay and Will was outstanding I will return to this Home Depot because of the service they provided and will specifically ask for them for any future purchases.

I had placed an online order and needed to cancel it and cashier William helped me through the process very quickly and friendly. Then upon completing my new order i told him it was a suprise purchase for my mothers house and he asked if the next time i was in the store to find him and let him no how she liked it.

Store has decent people. Some knowledgeable some try.

The customer service at this Home Depot has improved a lot over the last few years. They also have a good selection of high quality tools.

Went in for a return the clerk( lucia /lupita ?) acknowledged me but called over a employee & talk about store business and when I said excuse me she said I could wait.. in the old days customers came first..

I GET IN HERE, AND JUST THE SMELL OF THE WOOD AND EQUIPMENT GET ME PUMPED. THIS IS AN EXTREMELY DANGEROUS STORE FOR ME TO BE IN, LIKE A KID IN A CANDY STORE!

Whenever I go to Home Depot they have someone available to help me find whatever I am looking for. The other big box store here hasn't enough employees to help in a timely manner and sometimes do not know very much about what I am looking for.

As a remodel contractor that covers all of eastern Washington I spend a lot of time and money in home depot stores all oflver this side of the state. This store is hands down the worst. I have placed multiple will call orders through the pro desk, they have yet to get one right. Every order is either not picked or missing multiple items. assistant managers Doug and Jason both are incompetent, blaming me for my orders not being completed on time, stating I should just get the items myself. Store manager Leah and customer service desk Tristan are the only employees in this store that actually understand customer service besides the pro desk.

If you have paint questions ask for Arno! He knows it all!

If you have any questions about products, Andres takes you right to them and if the products aren't in the store, he helps you find a way to ship them to the store or your home.

I had a great shopping experience tanks to Mandy, Allisia, and Olga. These women showed amazing customer service while keeping their focus on safety.

All associates were helpful with finding what I needed. They would walk me to the area and scope out what I needed.

Shop there often with two issues. 1) Disinfectant wipe station at the front entrance is usually empty no matter what time of day I show up. 2) Not a fan of auto checkout stations.

Had a few issues at this store as well as others. Reps bulls/×+!ing the customer and not getting the item or tool needed. Cabinets not like what's on the floor, wrong tools, wrong adhesive, etc. All in all not happy after spending almost 20 grand. There are a couple gems here and there though.

This is not the first time I've had an unpleasant experience at this location. The woman who helped me was very condescending and short tempered. She seemed agitated that I would bother her with my return.

Friendly a staff and fair selection of product.

Layout is very strategically laid out with a great deal of thought and it is wonderful and easy to find what you need
