Don went out of his way to obtain a shower frame needed to complete a total replacement of a shower door. The frame was the only part of 3 that I needed in order to complete the job before grandkids came for the week. The part was found in Paris, TX. and I don't know how Don got it done, but it was in the Mt. Pleasant store the next morning. Kudos to Don for helping me get the job finished in time.

I found some great laundry detergent and fabric softener that I could only find at Home Depot and it works great on all my clothes . And I also buy all my hardware needs at this store .

This is a great store. If you need any help they are always ready to help.

Went to look for some breakers and the gentleman I talked to knew exactly where it was and helped me find the correct one.

I go at least once a week to buy things for myself or for my job and every single time the store is clean and get the help that I need

I had an exposed pipe at my house that would not shut off at the shut off valve. In a huge crisis moment I went to this Home Depot to try to find some fitting to stop the flow of water and was met with two employees who listened to me and went through step by step what I needed to do and what products I would need to not only solve my problem but solve it on the first try. Jim and Ramon.... Thank you guys!!! Home Depot , you are lucky to have two knowledgeable, caring, and professional people in your store!

Courteous, professional, and friendly staff. Well stocked and maintained aisles free from clutter. From the huge parking lot to the back of the store, there was an atmosphere in which I felt welcomed and valued as a customer.

We go to The Home Depot at least three to four times a month

I would leave a video or a photo or two, but I've never thought of taking any! Just know Store #8540, you are at the top of my places to shop any time of the day or year! Equal to Store #6566 of course, because I'm halfway between and frequent both locations! I love Home Depot and have never found a disgruntled or unwilling to assist Associate!

Was looking for a special lamp for my desk. Found it at my Home Depot Store.

We were looking for a special Ridgid tool combo kit my husband had seen on line. When I called they store they said they had one in stock. Upon arrival at the store we couldn’t locate and I asked Jason for assistance. He found the item listed on a pallet of tools on the top shelf. He had another associate verify and they then took down the pallet and retrieved the item for us.

Kelvin in lumber was extremely helpful in locating our desired items, helping place items on cart, assisting with information needed for checkout and in loading our purchase onto our trailer. Haven’t had this kind of customer service in years! Thank you Kelvin for an excellent job!

ProDesk Manager accused my team of being thieves. Questioned the cashier of whether or not items were rung up. Refused us the ability to use our proaward accounts. Just terrible! Won’t be back EVER!

When I don’t know what I’m looking for I can always rely on Harvel and bill and Jim to go above and beyond ,I usually checkout at the service desk because that’s the side I park on ,autumn and Laura usually check me out and they give excellent customer service ,I love my home store
