Just about one of the best Home Depots anywhere!

I would like to provide a shout out to the employees of the Mt Pleasant store. They show great initiative and truly care about the customers. I experienced personally and have witnessed other customers and the assistance the employee has shown. I would like to shout out my cashier carol who was receptive and personable. And the fact that’s he remembered me and what I purchased is awesome.

The store is well stocked and one of the cleaner Home Depots that I have been to across the country

Avoid him, not worth the time of day. Disrespectful and rude to Military service members and veteran. I didn't earn a Bronze Star to be disrespected by the staff of a building supply shop. They can keep the 10% discount, as I'll be keeping 100% of my money from them now.

Walked in at closing needing a drill and Marcia went above and beyond to help me find what I needed. Even went and got a ladder to get the exact one I wanted. Not once complained or acted upset that it was so close to closing. Super impressed!

Vivian helped us with our refrigerator purchase, she was patient, extremely helpful, and really catered to our needs.

I had a return item that I tried to return to Home Depot on 10/23. I didn’t have the order number and when the person scanned the item she told me it was not from Home Depot. So I gathered more information including the bank statement and tried the next day 10/24. My return helper went the extra mile and looked up my name and account and then found the item under my wife’s name and successfully made the return happen. Thanks to Joyce, the return was completed.

I bought several locks to redo all doors in house. The associates were very knowledgeable and helpful.

Roseann and Melanie are complete Rockstars. They have great, can-do attitudes and you can see their passion. What great examples of what Home Depot claims to be - all about the customers.

Epps in the Window and Door Department is a true gentleman, with exceptional knowledge and patience, and is an incredible representation of Home Depot values. Epps made the buying experience very easy. I would absolutely refer family and friends to Home Depot based on Epps' know-how and hospitality.

Self Checkout is a nightmare some days - checkout associate to time to help me understand and teach! So nice to experience random act of kindness!

Shawn, department head, spent 20 minutes or more digging thru back stock on the very top shelf in the garden area. It was a warm day and he was carrying very heavy Shepard hooks down a ladder to locate the 84" I was seeking. Hats off to Shawn! I work in retail as well. Home Depot is very fortunate to have him. Thank you Shawn!

Large selection of flowers and plants at their indoor and outdoor garden department. Great customer service.

Paula at the Mt. Pleasant store was so helpful in organizing a small kitchen remodel. She was kind and Patient.

love this store! the employees are so polite and helpful---especially in the gardening center where I was. Great selection of flowers and lots of colors! very healthy plants.

The employees were not welcoming and seemed bother when I asked for assistance. A young woman at the front was nice and asked if I needed help out with the freezer I purchased, I said yes and she called for help. No one showed up to assist me so I loaded the freezer in my truck with the help of my kids.

We drive an extra 3 miles to shop at this store instead of the closer big box store. The employees are friendly and helpful.

The door installer complained about the location and age of my house before he came. He was more concerned about his Mercedes than doing the job and said usually I don’t work on downtown Charleston. I knew he wouldn’t want to work but he took a look for a minute and said it cannot be done. Home Depot then called me and said the same. Terrible service. Thanks for not trying.

I shop Home Depot quite often and find customer service and product availability to be exceptional.

Lauren in the paint department is fantastic! She spent an inordinate amount of time helping us find the right color to match our baseboards. She made up two samples till we got the correct one. Above and beyond!

The Appliance Specialist was very professional. I could not find the chest freezer I wanted online, but he was able to order the one I wanted and could have it delivered to my home in 5 days! The chest freezer I was able to purchase was highly recommended by consumer reports, so I am very pleased.

Joseph #5 in the building materials section is awesome! He stayed beyond his shift to help me get some awkward items loaded onto my cart and made sure it got to the checkout area without knocking over anything or anyone. My shopping experience was much better because of his assistance.
