Am a customer and future purchasing items

The cashier named Maira was very friendly and helpful. A very appealing lady that helped several customers at once.

RETURNS OF PRODUCTS ARE NOT EFFICIENTLY PROCESSED INSIDE THIS STORE BECAUSE THE RETURNS CASHIER IS ALSO HANDLING PURCHASES WHICH CREATES A 6-8 PERSONS WAITING TO PROCESS THEIR RETURNS OR PURCHASES.

i was able to find the product i was looking for because of the staff assistance the store was clean and the associates were very pleasant and helpful and made sure i got what i came to the store for

Home Depot 6484 has a slew of shining stars; Edward, the manager, Robert, Alexys, and a few others make the shopping experience at Home Depot an amazing experience ; however; hopefully you will not meet Bea, the manager, Laura and Rosa at the customer service whom will demean you with unwarranted attitude; you can tell the employees that want to work with you because they will simply greet you with a smile instead of attitude and pass on by you like you don’t exist. Just ask for Edward for a great experience with a smile.

You need to hire more knowledgeable people with experience in home improvement. You've got kids working there and people that have no clue on how to go about remodeling, paint, or plumbing.
