I came here to buy appliances for my home and had a ton of questions about the advantages and drawbacks about various manufacturers. The employee here was patient and knowledgeable in answering all of my questions and made sure that I got the best deal.

This was the first time in a LONG time that I had a good experience. Employees actually ASKED ME if they could help me and I didn't have to hunt someone down. Reserving the 5 star rating to see if I have the same experience with the next visit.

Worst experience ever. Stay away from them.

On one particular visit I went to 2 different sections of the store. Each time there were several employees gathered together with no customers around.. They were talking and joking amongst themselves. Oops. I asked for help and they all scattered leaving 1 person to actually help me with what I was looking for.. They told me which aisle I needed to go to to find the products. The last product was some paint that I needed again at the paint counter there were this time 5 employees gathered together Talking amongst themselves with no customers around. When I approached and Said hello all but two scattered.I expressed that I was looking for a dark flat paint to cover a semi gloss painted church pew preferably with one coat. Eye contact was made and without uttering a responce they walked away. When I called them on it they said they didn't realize I was speaking to them. REALLY!!! I was the only person at the counter, they could clearly see my lips move and hear my voice. I was dumbfounded at their lack of customer care and stated I would go to Sherman Williams.

I was happy to receive great service early on a Saturday morning. I will refer this store to anyone looking for great service.

This store was clean, shelves well stocked and very friendly workers. Didn't have to go looking all over the place for assistance, associates were close by ready to lend a hand.

Helped me with purchase check out and fix my pro account educate me about the pro xtra benefits excellent service.

I bought a new Grill, everyone was so helpful and nice in that store compared to 2 others stores that i visited. Looking forward to receiving it next week

I have been a Home Depot card holder for years! I wouldn't have it any other way. Stephon at the State Bridge location is awesome!

This HD has more than most. I wish I lived closer because my HD doesn’t come close to this one’s selection. Very clean, very organized.

Purchased 2 sets of french door blinds. Excellent

Just went to get sheetrock and two guys put it on a cart for me, wheeled it outside, loaded it in my truck, the whole trip took less than 10 minutes and was on my way! The couldn't have been more helpful! It was great!

Shahmir was very helpful. He saw my husband put GAF Timberline HDZ Charcoal on the flatbed and he came over and placed the other 11 by himself. Shahmir said, " You stand on the side. I will put them on the flatbed and also put them in your vehicle." He provided exceptional customer service. We purchased 6 of them, then purchased another 6 and did Will Call. They are heavy, we did not want to put a lot of weight on the vehicle. We live 15 minutes away. We dropped 6 at home and returned again and got exceptional service again. ICashier Munaza provided exceptional service also. Thank you for making this purchase easy Munaza and Shahmir. It was greatly appreciated.

I had a very good shopping experience at this location. The employees were helpful and friendly and I was able to purchase the items I was looking for.

Tenille in Appliances was wonderful! She patiently searched online to find the exact model microwave that would fit my space after my old one died and the model was discontinued,

No associates were in the plumbing or appliance depts, and no associate was floating between depts. that were available to help me.

DaQuon McKenzie is a wonderful employee who takes time to greet customers on his way out even after he is off work. If he's not full time he should be. He went above and beyond.
