Two times now I needed to return something once due to wrong size they said they could not help me order a new one and I could not use store credit to order a new one. They had to go back on my debit card so I have to wait and another time the demo saw we bought started melting down batteries and they said we had to deal with Milwaukee direct even with an extended warranty on the saw it was only three months old

I spent time selecting an assortment of flowers from the garden section. When it was time to check out, 4 of my flowers were marked as a wrong plant and sticker also would not scan. The cashier called someone over to help (ended up being 4 different people) and each person said ‘not my department, call someone else’. They also were not acknowledging when we told them the marked price and correct flower name. After 10 minutes and the staff members each passing us off with a huff, I left the plants behind. Very discouraging and not shopping in the garden center again.

Took One year to get countertop installed after we paid full price of many thousands of dollars. Home depot uses only one contractor in the entire state of NY and they are Stone central in Utica. Stone central was incompetent with scheduling and communication, charged us $900 more even though my countertop calculations were perfectly the same. Do not use Home Depot for projects. Home depot's and their sub-contractor Stone central is horrible. DO NOT RECOMMEND. We did not save any money.

We needed a replacement window and got no help from 2 employees we approached. We even came across a supposed dept manager who didn't even check his computer and told us what we needed would be a custom order. After continuuing searching on our own, we finally found the size we needed in stock on a shelf. I should have left without buying but was under a time crunch.

I recently bought a garden hose reel on wheels to replace one that the wheels had broke. Very excellent quality product and it had just been reduced in price. great deal

Bought a refrigerator and had some complicated billing issues. Indra in Appliances is the best person to work with. She is an awesome person and an awesome representative for Home Depot.

Went to get a sample of paint and was treated ruder than I have ever been treated by the miserable paint employee. Disrespectful and condescending to say the least.

Over the past 15 years, I've purchased Water heaters, Air Conditioners, Lumber, Hardware, Lawnmowers, Snow Throwers, Leave blowers, stand alone Freezers and Weed Eaters from this store. Every visit has been a good one as the staff is so helpful and the selections huge.

Things are easy to find and shopping experience very smooth

I went to Home Depot today as I have so many times. I needed something in garden that was up on a high shelf. I asked 3 employees and they told me to find someone else in the department. All were wearing orange or black home depot shirts. There were no less than 6 employees in this general area and I obviously looked like I needed help. They blew me off. I finally waited in line at customer service and the woman there got a ladder to get me what I needed. So annoyed

I had a gentleman by the name of Bobby g Walk me through some of the stuff that I was looking for and where to find it and even though I could see that he was busy he stopped what he was doing and help me find the product that I needed. thank you

Love the textured waterproof paint purchased a week ago. The basement walls look professionally done. Our new refrigerator is every I wanted and more!!!

The store manager here is a tool bag who only cares about cross fit and dating underage girls

Woman there was awful. Needed help with items that didn’t have barcodes and she told me to go find a barcode or someone else to help her. She refused to lookup the item which the other person did with ease.

I went to make a copy of a key and pick up a few small items I needed. The associate that worked the key machine seemed extremely annoyed at me for needing a key, was very short with me about how many keys I needed, and dismissively tossed the finished key at me without another word. The worst customer service I've ever had at a Home Depot

Perhaps it's time for all Veterans to consider driving the extra miles to go to a place that respects vets. Home depot's..."you get a discount if you can stand on your head at the register and find the secret code" proves they do not.

Employees are always helpful. Unfortunately, the 4 cans of truckbed spray bed coating I purchased were dated 2019 and I didn't notice till I was all taped off and started to use one of the cans and it was a mess !! it didn't want to spray and I tried several times to shake and spray, no success. I opened a second can , same thing thats when I noticed the 2019 date. Obviously the stock had never been rotated and I purchased the last 4 cans of old material !!

needed a new refrigerator limited stock everywhere but the sales girl Wednesday in Appliances went out of her way to check stock. She verified qty and delivery date plus showed me all of the refrigerator features since they had no display and let me look at a similar model. Great Deal!

We are quite happy with our overall experience shopping for a bunch of home improvement items today. Very helpful staff.

I tried to purchase yellow plastic chain link today.... and while I was measuring it, the cashier stated to me, I don't know what good that will do without a freaking sku.... I'm sorry, I didn't know it was customer working at home depot day.... Really disrespectful. I then went to another cashier over by self checkout and she was able to look up the item and check me out..... she was disgusted by the other cashier's actions.....

This location is awesome. I find everything I need each time I go.The staff is always there for you if you need something.

Terrible customer experience. I will be closing my Home Depot account and not returning. Multiple bad experiences from purchasing a kitchen project that was more than $30k total and now onto a bathroom project that has been nothing short of a nightmare. Cashier Emily at customer service refused to complete an exchange for me and said she was too busy. Manager on duty Stephen intentionally misled me and gave me Brett Murray’s email contact when I requested management beyond the store level. Consistently given false information about products, and never once have I been given proper assistance from one staff member at this store. The worst part is the lack of customer service. This store is always a wreck and the consistent negative experiences in this store have made me a Lowe’s customer from now on. LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE AND AVOID HOME DEPOT AND THE NORTH GREENBUSH, NY STORE.

I would recommend this store if you were shopping in appliances and had Steven (with a "V") helping you. He wewnt above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed, which included calling me back a half dozen times and walking from one end of the store to the other several times. Give that man a raise!
