The employees I came into contact with either asked me how my day was or asked if I needed help finding anything! It’s hard to find good customer service these days! I felt very welcomed in this store. Will definitely return.

Was treated very well and got the product best for my needs

I needed help in several departments and LeRon helped me in returns, later in cleaning products and lastly at checkout! He was all over the store helping when several departments seemed like they had no one staffing them. This guy was very helpful!

The measurement person made mistake in report and forgot to include part of living room in hardwood install. The installer came a day late with out any information of delay to me and ripped that area and after that he said this part is not part of contract and stopped the work. Now Homedepot wanted to remeasure to charge more and they said it will take one more week to measure and then reschedule the install. Also make flooring in one room look like two area instead of one continuous area due to this remeasure. They were happy to cancel rather than make up for mistake and remeasure same day and continue work.

Products are easy to find, I can get checked out quickly and the handicap parking slots don't take up the 1st 4 stalls in each row like some stores.

I was impressed by the availability of customer assistance available in the store. Very different than my experience in some other HD stores.

Jason, was exceptional in helping me with my Nexgrill purchase - particularly in loading and getting it into a tight space in my care.

I was shopping for a Ryobi tool as a gift and there were so many options to choose from. Blake helped me and I decided a gift card was the best choice!

No matter what I'm looking for, I can find it at Home Depot. It's a great place to frequent.

Just wanted to send a thanks to Caitlin M and Angela H for their outstanding customer service when I was frustrated with not being able to figure out a product and a price. They helped me tremendously and was very fast at getting me back to my job site.

We recently purchased several appliances and received great service. If you are looking to purchase appliances the store at 95th & Metcalf, Overland Park, Ks has knowledgeable and extremely helpful staff in their appliance department (ask for Becky).

I was searching for an item not on the shelf and Guadalupe went above and beyond to help me find it

The workers at this store are very helpful and very knowledgeable. Especially Jim who has helped me the last three visits and I have been to almost every department. He definitely went above and beyond each time.

Charged me $33 to remove a couple of leaves from a spring on leaf blower. Never did tell me whether it is still under warranty. Then were very flippant in their attitude. Sure, it's not their money.

When shopping for things that I need because of a recent move, an employee, Ralph Connor, stayed with me the whole time in different departments to make sure I got help and what I needed. Blake Ewing was also very helpful.

Loaded the car with products for rehabbing a swing set area and was guided to excellent products, and help to complete the project tomorrow through "Service Connect", which I learned about through a caring employee!

We are constantly in need of product for home improvement projects as well as product for our interior design warehouse. This is by far the best store. The employees are courteous, patient, and kind. They go above and beyond, especially Rob Kohl, who graciously helped us complete a big warehouse project. We couldn't have completed our project without you, Rob!

Happy to find what I was looking for at a very acceptable price. Also happy to have the lumber cut to size for immediate use.

I came in for a drill and stopped in garden. Everything was kept up well and the plants seemed well taken care of. The associate (Mike M.) who helped me was extremely friendly, polite and eager to help. He took me to the tools department and gave me a crash course in drills ultimately helping me decided on the drill i purchased which did the job perfectly. Over all he did a great job and was kinda nice to look at!

I want to thank Ms. Cheryl for helping me and giving me great customer service. When I came in she greeted me with a Great Smile. We need more cashiers like Ms. Cheryl!!!

Great customer service

I had a last-minute Hail Mary trip to HD an hour before I needed a project done, and the employees were amazing. They had so many great ideas on how to make the project work. Everyone was so helpful! (Shout out especially to Steve in electrical.) In a quicker time than I thought possible, I had all the tools I needed, quickly enough to make them useful.

I went to two different Home Depots yesterday and the employees at both were very helpful and the experience was quick and easy. I was also able to get the product that I needed.
