The Store Manger is friendly and helpful, takes his time with your needs and sees that you leave with your needs met. Employees take the time to see that you leave with what your looking for or a substution. They have product knowledge. It's a clean friendly store and you enjoy their attention to detail.

This store is one of the best that I’ve been to ! The store associates are very helpful and friendly.

Found exactly what i needed. Had previously been to 2 local hardware stores, they did not have the part. Home Depot did! Thanks to Jerry in Electrical for knowing exactly where the part(s) were, and handing them to me. Great Service.

It is good that Home Depot has employees that know the basics of the products offered for sale. It is also obvious that every employee may not be well versed in a particular product and that they do not act as if they know answer to a customer’s question. They have always deferred my questions to someone that could be a better source for a correct answer instead of just an answer. Before I retired, I had a sign on my office wall : Answers: Free Correct Answers: Priceless

Love the location. Very clean but they need to work on their customer service. Greet customers and make them feel welcome! Doesnt hurt to say hello. I work retail and i know when customers arent happy..they wont come back and they will go out of the way to go to another location. I dont understand why it is so hard to interact with customers. You are getting PAID to do it so do it!

I came to get two things and I bought to much stuff and I had and employee named Bruce (plumbing) that was responsible for that. But he was very well respectful , Very funny also. you need more guys like him. I enjoyed my time. Thank you.

Employees are always helpful, this last visit I needed more help than my normal visit, Employee Bruce that was busy working on something when I interrupted him, helped me tremendously with everything and even went out front and helped another customer while he was waiting for me to pay. Friendly, helpful, and good organizational skills. Thank You Bruce and Home Depot.

Helpful staff and convenient location.

It would have really been nice to have had an associate ask me if I required any help. I got nothing after 30 minuets & in 3 different departments of this store. ZERO ASSISTANCE.

I can always find what I need with no probelm, if I need loading the young men are so nice to do so. I hope i win contest it would be a great blessing, I would spend it for a new roof that I need badley cant get insurance until I do, last people that did my roof put down wrong decking 3/8 ripped me off. Its so weak cant walk on it and its leaking. We'll see if I win that would be the best Thanksgiving. Thanks for being awesome. Loyal customer Marla.

Chester in the east Ft.W store was very helpful with placing an order for windows

I would like to thank Marco and Brandi for the excellent Customer service we received while shopping at your store. I can not say that I usually am thrilled when I go to a Home Depot. I have had some not so great experiences. But these two young people excelled in Customer Service skills, they went out of their way to help us find products and prices and even to load our heavy products into our carts. Today these two especially made what was a long day a great shopping day. And a thank you also for the friendliness of the other employees that we came across today, Thank you being outstanding. I do not usually fill out surveys to day was exceptional.
