Have visited twice in the last week and the employees could not have been more helpful. Made me feel like I was at a much smaller hardware store.

Every employee is so welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable from knowing a product to explaining the whole use of it, even walking through the whole process of raw material to final finished project.

Customer service was very quick, cheerful, and helpful when I left behind a bag of purchased items.

Went into the Naperville location on the hunt for a specific item. Joe was able to help me find what I needed and for a great price.

Yamini is a great cabinet designer. She thinks through everything, and guides into the best approaches to solve problem areas. She is also great at helping select the best appliances.

Manager Joe was extremely helpful, took his tine to explain all the snow blowers available at the store, no rushing me. Koral the cashier was super friendly and professional.

Purchased a hand sander Mile in pluming had me try a few . I had me try a few until I got the perfect fit. He also to the time to set me up to get a plumber to come out. He explained how to use the sander safely and effectively . He was great. Took his time with me and was very respectful . Great job Mike!!!

The girl working at the self checkouts on 11/11/22 at 1:07 pm was very polite, professional, and very pleasant to talk to. She had to make sure I wasn't stealing anything in the storage totes I purchased, which I totally get, Lol, anyway she was super nice and made my day better. She should get a raise.

I had a long list from a contractor and had no idea how to find the items or which to get. I was so impressed with all the employees that helped me. I had seven employees who made sure I got everything on the list and helped me pick out each item. They made sure I was hooked up with the right person and all my questions were answered. Only self checkout was open so one employee checked me out because I am not a fan of self checkout. I am always sure I will mess it up.

Home Depot is on top of the competition due to its excellent service and return and exchange policies.

I bought a chain saw for $199 but it lacked two items so I returned it. At the time I returned it the price is no longer the same. The customer service woman was very helpful to get me the same item at the same price with the help of a supervisor. I’m so satisfied for the service they have done for me.

The app is always wrong. They never have the right quantities in the store. No one at the store tries to help you. Their pro desk is useless.

This store has the worst help. Unfriendly and when asked to help act as if it's a chore. Not sure if it's poor training or just crappy hiring. Store management should be ashamed.

I visited the store in early morning. Employees were friendly but men's restroom was still in shambles. I found all the floor/aisle displays too distracting and had to maneuver around them too many times. Floors were still not as clean as I would expect for a morning opening, ESPECIALLY towards the lumber area and in paint section

We were in the area getting our daughter's car repaired at the Honda Dealer. While waiting, we stopped at the Naperville Home Depot. My husband purchased some hardware items, and I perused the Garden Center. I wound up buying various vegetables for our garden. At the checkout, Marie was courteous and friendly. She went above and beyond to ensure that our plants were packaged carefully. She even watered them for us, since it was a hot day and several plants were flagging. She made our shopping experience memorable with her warm and friendly service.

While standing in line for 15 minutes at the customer service desk, I witnessed the phone constantly ringing with no one answering it. The next day I had a problem and I tried calling the store and once again the phone just rang and rang nobody answered and it eventually I was just cut off. Answer the phone!

Every time I visit this store I leave with exactly what I need and extra knowledge which I may or may not have known before they are friendly and helpful to the best of their ability

I've been shopping for a bathroom renovation and visiting HD's in the general area. The Naperville staff have sought me out to assist me on several occasions when I was clearly in need of help. Several have gone above and beyond to support me in making renovation decisions. A few helped me outside their departments. I feel good about visiting this location because I know the staff are knowledgeable and will offer excellent customer service. In the end, 99% of the products for this bathroom will be from HD. I love, love, love the tile!

I am so glad I started taking my lawnmower and snowblower to Home Depot. They do a great job and I get my tools back quicker than anywhere else that I have used.

I like a store where I can ask the employees to recommend the best product for my application. Today I met that female employee working in the paint department. What a pleasure.

I went to purchase recessed led trim advertised on line for $17.49 for a 4 pack. The store was out of 4 packs. The associate was kind enough to sell me 4 individual units for the price of a 4 pack.

JOY in the paint department made sure someone from the flooring department came over to help us right away. JENNY in the flooring department is a SUPERSTAR, she helped us find the right product without wasting time. We purchased 35 cases of flooring within 15 minutes of meeting with her.
