my kitchen needed remodeling and the service was great..needed to paint my house outside again the color was perfect.

I have shopped at a good many Home Depot's in my life and this location is the best by far. Great selection, friendly and knowledgeable staff.

The inventory is clean and plentiful. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and eager to please. I have shopped at many different Home Depot locations. This is simply the best one I have ever been to. I will be back.

pamala and oscar went beyond store hours to call me back before promotion ended on my 8 door special order. i had just gotten in from maine an hour before closing and billing had to be divided to maximize savings. it was handled perfectly after hours!!!!

The sales agent Blanca Vera went above and beyond her job. She walked with me to visually confirm inventory for the product I was looking for. She was polite and kind and showed great patience with me. I will definitely shop at this location moving forward.

I love Home depot I go to the one on Naples Blvd and love the workers because they go out of their way to help.

As usual the main problem with this store is checkout. Today I was the third person in line when the cashier suddenly turns off the light and says he is closed. I go to the next check out and I am now the fourth person in line. They only had one checkout open and this was at 1:25PM. Home depot is also not Veteran friendly.

This store is, by far, the best store I’ve shopped in since we moved to the area in February. The manager, Luis Quintanilla works well with his employees and shows respect for them. They embrace what team work is all about. I will only shop at this store. The young ladies by the self check out were kind enough to find someone to help me in the seasonal furniture area. I am very impressed with the customer service I received at this location. Perhaps a team of employees could go to the store on Bonita Beach road and train them in customer service,

Store is a complete dump. Looks like absolutely no one cares about their store and it's been that way for at least 3 years. The cabinet/countertop displays are shoved into a tiny cluttered area in the back of the store. I can't believe anyone would ever invest in a kitchen remodel when you see that level of disorganization. Only departments with worthwhile employees are the paint department and outdoor tools.

I would def say if you have any issues to speak to tequila in customer service. tequila and Brian have both showed extreme concern in helping a guest. over and above. in these difficult times, I did not like going to the same store 4 times to settle an issue. as soon as I met them, they both jumped on the case and immediately wanted to help. better yet they understood, talked to customer service and settled my issues. I wish I could have them order my products, ring me out at the register and then then meet me out for drinks. these two are above every associate I have engaged with during the past week. by far excellent customer service. 5 stars because of Tequila and Brian!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was purchased almost a$1500 on merchandise including a tool box and was waiting like 1hour to have it loaded on my truck after waiting a lot I decide to return all the merchandise back , close the account later and shop at Lowe’s or somewhere but not Home Depot anymore . Worse service I haven’t see in years .

We were shopping for a new refrigerator and found the model that we wanted at this Home Depot. We had stopped at several other appliance stores before purchasing at Home Depot. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful and was able to schedule delivery in the time frame required.

This store is like almost all stores of this kine. What can I tell you other than all of the big box stores service all depend on when you are in the store and who you get to wait or try to wait on you.
