Love this store and the staff. We have been involved in a major renovation project since June and they have been so great every step of the way (especially helping to resolve multiple issues caused by the online division of the company, HomeDepot.com).

I went in search for paint and was immediately greeted by Joel. He was super friendly and explained all the different types of paint available as well as price. He was very patient while me and my mom made our color choices. Once the paint was ready, Joel loaded up the cart for us and explained what to do if we should need additional gallons. We were even able to carry a nice conversation with some joking which made the stress of paint selection very comfortable! I highly recommend Joel for all your paint needs! We will definitely be back!

The associate Steve, went above and beyond his duties to help me locate a Christmas decoration.

Went to get many hardware products Fantastic customer service department who printed the list of each product and the location of each in the store. The quality and price were excellent. This home depot had everything I needed.

I always receive great customer service at the store. there are a few people that I see very often, a young lady at the returns counter for instance, she is tall slim and very good at completing your return and getting you out. there are others that are also great too. That is probably one of the more difficult positions and very important to me because I make many purchases and inevitably some things will need to be returned. I appreciate the ability to buy what I think I might need and return what is not needed. which goes hand and hand with not having to dread going to the return desk.

this was before halloween , i went in to get some halloween decorations. gone !!! and halloween hasn't come. all christmas !!

Something has changed here where the customer service has greatly improved and the people seem more pleasant and happy. It’s a nicer shopping experience.

We bought a washer and paid extra for installation, delivery people came and said he didn’t have a record that we paid for installation. Showed the receipt, still wouldn’t do it. By the time I got it straightened out, had to wait 4 days for installation. Unacceptable!

If your a handyman and need material in a hurry, even when your on a job and missed something this is the store to come to, good prices and stock plus if you need some food McDonald's right next door

When you come here, feel free to park in the fire zone at the door rather than bothering parking in a space. No one will bother you.

I called to check the stock of a Dewalt Drill and Circular Saw combo and Kenny A. went out of his way to locate the item in the upper bins of the aisle and call me back, confirming that he located the tool. He further put my name on the box and left it with customer service for me to pick up. That is EXCELLENT service. I am a very happy and loyal customer!

Could you schedule your team meetings before you open? Not very good customer service to find everyone sitting in a meeting when the store is full of customers many of which needed help, or were standing in long lines as a result.

No one offers to help in the garden center when mulch is needed. This happened twice. I have moved on to Lowe’s where employees help with assistance one needs. The Home Depot I visit in FL in the winter is very friendly and offers to help. I am far from lazy but mulch gets heavy.

I visit the Home Depot store often to aide in our home improvements. I am always greeted with a smile and treated with care. If i need to return anything, i am given a full refund with no hassles. I always feel confident that the merchandise is quality and durable. This makes my experience worth while. I would recommend Home depot Neptune,NJ to anyone!

Sales cashier “Martha” (elderly lady with grey hair) was very unpleasant and not helpful. She should NOT be dealing with the public and clearly hates her job.

Running on two hours of sleep in the middle of painting and moving into my new home.. Standing at customer service and trying to fix a billing/delivery issue for a new washer dryer was the LAST thing on my list of desired activities. HOWEVER - Michelle at customer service, and Brian in appliances ressolved my issue for me quick and painless. Michele even called over to appliances while my paint covered, zombie self walked to the back of the store. By the time I made it down to his department to ammend my order, Brian had it up and ready to go. Simple Yes, No, Please click that button to confirm your address and Then walked me BACK up to customer service to finalize everything. Fast, Painless and seemed so happy to help. With the move I've made upwards of 7-10 trips to this home depot in the past week. From the paint department, appliances, customer service even every stock assitant I passed - they turned this overwhemled novice new home owner into a DIY handy woman without a hitch. Even upon ordering my new washwer dryer - I was not pushed to get the fancy wifi enabled monster i had my eyes on.. I was given practical advice and suggestions,Purchased the things I needed for my move-in punch list - and was then walked through options for my future wish list and how to get those projects taken care of. A+ on this location.

Great service my dryer went and I was in need of a new one went to home depot and met a GREAT SALESPERSON NAMED LEE! he walked me threw the process and I even got a credit card I I my plans was to spend around 800$ but I spent 1,000$ with the plan new gas line and heat line well worth the money he was a GREAT GUY LEE ROCKS!
