Bought a grill, opened it, wrong and used grill was in the box. Returned it and associate insinuated I switched them out. Judgy lady

Great job with social distancing and customer service! Line moved quickly and it was a pleasant experience getting what we needed today.

Customer Service is slow, rude, arrogant, and feels like your bothering them to check on a special order that is suppose to be there that day. Their answer is it's on the truck and I can't do anything about it. Can you see if they off loaded the truck? It's 3 PM you close in 3 hours do you mind looking? They literally started a fight in front of me at the counter because one customer service pro was trying to help another. The other didn't want the help but clearly needed it.

I would suggest anyone with little knowledge about home improvement to ask for Al when you need some assistance. He was friendly and helpful.

The store associates that I interfaced with on this occasion weren't very friendly. In addition, when I asked for assistance in finding an item, I was misdirected and ended up trying to search up and down the aisles myself. Although I found and purchased what I came for, I wasn't satisfied with the service rendered.

Three fabulous female cashiers assisting me with product location. Two MORE employees, female and male, gave me their undivided attention and educated me on the products I would need!

Too many Husky promotional tool items. Should have more diversity and other brands available instead of house brand. Store is packed with stuff in the front that looks like it didn't sell during Christmas time.

Friendly and helpful staff. Always has a wide selection of products. Staff always ready to assist.

This particular Home Depot on Newhall Ranch Road is fantastic. The employees are all exceptional and VERY helpful. They go the extra mile for you. Love shopping there!!!

The pro desk team is awesome . Always willing to help me find what I need . They take time out of their busy day to either look in the store with me or online .their Customer service experience it’s phenomenal . I’ve been to many Home Depot’s across so cal and have not once met a great group of friendly people. A special thanks to Michelle, John and Rosa !!! Keep up the great work

Know that if you require customer service, the experience will be as though you are in court. Courts however take the laws into consideration whereas this store ignores the fact that when requested, a balance less than $10 is legally owed to the customer. I would name the associate however the customer service desk employees are consistent so therefore the policies and attitudes come from higher up. Be warned that anything purchased here might be final sale or very stressful to resolve.

I was able to find an employee right away who helped me with my plumbing issues in about two minutes and I was on my way out the store two minutes later! Great job!!

The lack of any kind of help or service in Appliances was abysmal at best! I had narrowed down what kind of refrigerator I wanted. However, the only associate that ever bothered to ‘attempt’ to help us was out of her league and couldn’t answer even the most basic of questions. Three other employees in appliances: Daniel, Danelle and (?) sat 9 feet away, talking while Lisa floundered. Never once did they greet, acknowledge or attempt to help us in Anyway, but they knew we were there. After Lisa abruptly announced she was off work I thought, surely one of these three will step up. They didn’t, I asked them if they worked in appliances? Only then, after 1 1/2 hours did they speak to us. I absolutely abhor, even detest playing the race card, but their willingness to wholeheartedly ignore us (we are Mexican) kept going through my mind. Daniel and Danelle, a supervisor looked at me as though I had rudely interrupted them. I walked away. Occasionally, Daniel would ‘try’ to assist, but I was past that! I became very unhappy about the whole way we were treated and asked to speak to a manager. After what seemed like an eternity, ASM Sandy, showed up. My sister spoke to her because I was so over this. Sandy Never apologized, never tried to rectify or satisfy us in anyway. She simply asked if we were sure this was the refrigerator we wanted and that she could order it for us if we wanted. We left without buying the most expensive refrigerator. At the checkout Linda and Max assisted my mom. They were both very lovely and animated. I wanted to tell Bobbi (head cashier) how lucky she was to have them as employees. It took her 13 minutes and 47 seconds. I timed it! She seemed to find me a nuisance and was very dismissive of me. We spent 2 1/2 hours at this Home Depot. I will never go back. I can only think that a very dark and pervasive is cloud hanging over supervisors and management at this Home Depot. I wondered if that’s why the store and parking lot was so oddly empty of customers on a Sunday afternoon. Determined to take this ‘up the chain’ as far as I can, I did the survey on the receipt and then I called Home Depot’s customer care line this morning. First my sister then I spoke to Barbara. We explained the whole story. She seemed very sympathetic and wanted to know what she could do to help rectify this situation. I wasn’t really sure up to that point. I said Needed to be heard and that I wanted action, a write up, Something, anything, done against Sandy, Danelle, Bobbi and Daniel. I also expressed that I wanted some sort of discount if I was going to buy the refrigerator from Home Depot. She said she was going to have to talk to the ‘team’ to see what could be done. She explained that I was going to have to speak to yet another person. So I spoke to a gentleman named Nick, he said he was an operations supervisor. I thought he was in Atlanta but he wasn’t! I could not believe what Barbara had done! It was so incredibly bizarre that I am left speechless. She transferred me to the same Home Depot I had just spent an hour complaining about! She wanted me to talk to Sandy of all people! Instead I spoke to Operation’s manager, Nick. He was equally dismissive of me and said I’d have to go back to that same Home Depot. I said that I would not! He then told me basically that I was free to go anywhere else. A few minutes later he was able to get me a $400 discount at another Home Depot. His attitude, as well as the other assistant managers and supervisors attitudes who I dealt with regarding this just aren’t going to work for me. And they shouldn’t work for any other human being either! So here I am. Throwing this out into the Home Depot ether just waiting to see if any higher ups will contact me. *grammar and typos abound! Because, I’m tired.

It is a very nice, clean store. Employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. The store is well stocked and always have what we need.

I got what I needed. It was a pleasure to experience a great customer service from Austin & Logan. Keep up the good work and stay blessed.
