I was in need of a new Christmas Tree this year and really wanted the Tik Tok HD Christmas Tree. I went to the store to make sure it was what I wanted in person it was sold out. So I have been stocking the website hoping they would get more. Finally I called and spoke with Dennis M. who advised he would look into seeing if they would get anymore in. I advised him that I would take the display if they would sell it! Thats how bad I Needed this tree after seeing it in person! After seeing the posts about not being able to get the tree I was pleasantly surprised when Dennis M. called me and told me I had a tree with my name on it at the customer service desk.

We purchased a turnkey installation of new vinyl flooring for our entry way, dining room, and kitchen from Home Depot. The experience we had from Home Depot was poor from the ordering and processing point of view. The installation from Crew 2 was excellent. Home Depot should have checked the flatness of our floor when they sent a person out to measure our floor (which we paid for) before quoting the total job. It was only found out during at the day of the installation that Crew 2 discovered a portion of our kitchen floor was not within the vinyl floor tolerance specification, so there had to be an expensive change order first quoted for $1,115, but they lowered this by only $100 after we complained to someone at the store. At that time, we had no other options but to continue the job and pay for the change order. Home Depot took advantage of us by this excessive charge, which delayed our installation by an extra 1/2 day, and put Crew 2 in a scheduling problem with their team. This issue did not have to happen if the person who came to measure also checked the floor for flatness so that there would not be a last minute surprise that caused a lot of anxiety on our end. The portion of the project was very good by Crew 2, but the overall experience was tainted by Home Depot by the issue mentioned.

If you need anything please go to this store. the employees go way out of their way to be so helpful. Its worth your time. We found that the other stores just dont cut it for customer service. The products we bought were in stock, no problem there

We ordered a refrigerator and it was delivered today. The men who delivered it were very nice and helpful. We received the item when they said we would. The person who waited on us in the store was very helpful.

The fact that the cashier Page BLATANTLY avoided acknowledging damage to product and packaging made me feel that her refusal for any type of a discount may have been “place what you will here” motivated. Either way she could have at the very least had a supervisor come and review my request for a discount. She needs to be retrained on customer service and not be so eager to tell someone no.

Purchased a Rheem hot water heater and obtained an 11 year warranty. Staff was extremely helpful and your cashier Cora was totally AWESOME!

My experience with the pro desk team members at the Noblesville Home Depot has by far exceeded all expectations, and no other Home Depot locations come close to their level of service.

Previously, Home Depot sold me the best quality storm door that I have ever seen! They installed it. It wasn't expensive. I really go there for everything.

I have been a loyal customer of Home Depot for several years now. I purchased a kitchen suite from you in 2019, and a washer and dryer set 2021. I have been pleased with borh large purchases. I have visited other Home Depot stores in the city and I think that the Noblesville location stands above the others because of the product displays, the convenience of what I need and the friendliness of your employees.

My wife and I experienced a flooded basement on Christmas day, coming from a frozen sump drain. We obviously needed several items replaced, including new carpet. We made a visit to Home Depot and purchased a low grade carpet. After discussing this with our insurance company, we found that we could upgrade our replacement carpet with a higher grade carpet. We went back to Home Depot and found a very knowledgable carpet specialist to help us. He went out of his way to work with us to give us exactly what we wanted. We made the exchange to this higher grade carpet without any issued from Home Depot. We can't thank the employees at this Home Depot enough for satifying our needs. Everything went smooth and successful!

It was great to be treated so well by a few of the H D employees. I wish more places had employees like this store!

Purchased a riding mower. All questions were answered and everything was made very easy. Very friendly employees. No pressure to purchase this item. She just provided all the details and I knew I would be happy with the new rider.

The front desk has some of the best employees I have ever found at a Home Depot or any other store. The employees are upbeat, friendly and helpful I could also say the same about the contractors desk.
