We were helped out a few times during our trip from when we needed a bathroom vanity taken down from the 2nd shelf to the quick checkout line. We also needed help loading 2 bathroom vanities into our truck. Peter was in the lot and happily offered his help. He did so safely and efficiently. We appreciate all the employees at this location and wish them a happy 2023 holiday season!

Today was the worst experience ever shopping at this Home Depot. I have been coming to this location for 10 years. I did the self check out at this location and your employee was hovering over me as if I wasn't going to scan an item. Keep in mind my items were just some gallons of paint and a few other pieces. To have your employee double check in my screen to verify all the items were scanned was worst specially because my son was with me and he witnessed we were the onky ones that got checked. I felt humiliated and belittled by your employee.

This is by far the worst Home Depot to shop. Do not shop there. I think that Christina M. should be fired for her rudeness to customers. She lacks friendliness and customer service skills

Home Depot doesn’t have a problem with returns, and having your receipt it a reminder please take it with you. And I don’t have a problem with that.

I went in for a quick purchase for odds and ends while making my house move in ready. Everything was easy to find and exactly where I expected it (I use the app to find locations) . When checking out there were plenty of stands open in addition to self checkout. This was my preferred store when I lived in North Fontana.

A lot of products are made in Communist China.

The customer service in the store is definitely lacking, items are not available, and trying to get assistance is pointless. They rather pass it off to someone else rather than actually look for the item that their systems are showing they have. Or even better, send you to another store.

They are the rudest bunch of people in the paint dept in the morning . So wait till they get there coffee or you will be treated Like you are some kind of trash
