We bought a grill here recently and the employees went out of their way to be helpful, this was not out of character, they are always this way and is why we shop here on a regular basis.

The cashiers are all very polite and willing to help. They finalize the sale and their position is very critical to the company’s success. You have a great front end in North Versailles store.

No employee ever asked if I needed assistance while I waited 30 minutes for my second pickup order that never arrived until I got a manager. They actively dismissed my attempts to get help. It took another 20 minutes to find the lost order.

Never ran across an unfriendly person there. Regardless of what season or area I’m shopping From. Always had received excellent service.

I had card trouble, cleta helped me out, while making it a pleasant stay above all frustration.

Men’s bathroom is very disgusting. From the toilets sinks and floors

A diverse home depot that’s quite nice. Staff and friendly and helpful to people of all races. I really appreciate that these days. As far as the store goes though, they do have quite a selection. What some home depots don't have in stock at other locations, they do here. That’s why i came to it tonight and found everything i needed right now for my fence project. Saved me a month’s worth of waiting for my shipment to arrive in bits and pieces had i ordered it online at my local spot in Wilkins.

Appreciate this location as it is handy to home. Occasionally find an item not in stock, but since I mainly shop online and pickup in the store, that process offers in most situations a free ship to store option for pickup in a few days, and I have never had to wait longer than a few days. All in all, pleased with the North Versailles location.

Overall a wonderful location to shop at, you can not ask for a friendlier stuff, who are all knowledgeable regardless of the department you may visit. Keep up the good work!

Employee in the lumber section and manager were rude and unhelpful. Lights are out in the parking lot making loading after dark difficult.

Associates go beyond what you expected

I was overwhelmed when I walked into the store but a clerk asked if I needed help. I told them about the problem I had at home and they led me to the aisle and gave me suggestions on what to use. I purchased the items and they worked great to solve my problem.

The people who work there are very friendly and helpful. The store is clean and well-organized.

I have purchased many products from Home Depot and never have had a problem if I had to return anything for what ever reason.

Need lumber for any project, look for Alphonso. He’ll direct you the best way possible and give very helpful advice on making any project easier. When checking out, look for Brenna. She’ll make sure your discounts are in order and is very nice

Everyone was super helpful. Most stores like Home Depot have some expected filth but man was this store clean as well as educated friendly employees

I love this store. I wish they had a bigger tool area and more Milwaukee tools. I’m tired of having to drive to Monroeville to get certain Milwaukee pack out equipment and toolboxes.

I ordered a feather river door in March of 2021. It was delivered to the store on June 24, 2021. The scheduler called left a message and then never returned my callls. After a month of multiple calls to the store and in person visits to the store they had finally found an installer for my door. It was installed on Sept 10, 2021 and before the installer left I told him the door was crooked and the glass rattles. Back up to the store. Multiple calls and finally the millwork manager and assistant store manager come to the house to “fix” the door. It was out of their hands. Had to go through feather river for the glass and the millwork department had to find someone to fix the door. After the district manager came to check out the door he went MIA and hey sent another manager down to look at the door. After about the eight person. No kidding. Fix the door to make it straight and now it closes properly. Will never use the millwork a department again. I was told multiple times I would be compensated for my troubles. Never saw a dime. Only when I said I would take them to court to fix the door did they send someone. 9 months it took to get the issue rectified. AGAIN WILL BEVER USE THE MILLWORKs department again.

Always have the best outdoor plant selection! Employees are extremely helpful throughout the store.

We had a great experience at the North Versailles home Depot. The cashier Victoria was awesome, she made sure that we were taken care of. She went above and beyond by making sure we understood what we may have needed. She was extremely friendly and approachable. And I would recommend a store to anybody!
