Refrigerator quit working, I couldn’t find receipt, Linda researched it going back 4 1/2 years and found still under warranty ,and I have hundreds of receipts from HD (contractor). Wanted to buy an another refrigerator for backup till current one is repaired. Linda found a damaged one and the store mgr (Drew) marked it down

Had no idea the process involved. Made an appointment and he walked me thru it step by step and explained how/when I would be contacted for measurements and approximaately what the cost would be. Totally quick and painless

Not all but majority of employees seem like they are there to help minimally. Don’t ask for assistance because it will be given begrudgingly. If someone is willing to help they will be overwhelmed by customers wanting good customer service (the man working in plumbing). If you know what you need go but if you need help approach with caution.

I needed a piece of Sheetrock, but was in my SUV. Josiah (I think that was his name) offered to cut in in half, took care in cutting it straight and loaded in very carefully in the back of my car, taking precautions not to get Sheetrock on my car.

Patricia is very professional, accurate, helpful pleasant. always look forward to seeing her at the check out counter.

Everything that I get to do my projects I get from Home Depot. Tools, hardware, lumber, etc.

Troy was so kind to take just a few minutes to help me get some heavy tile down so that I could go through and compare the color of each tile! THANK YOU TROY!!!

A young man, Brian, was a tremendous help to me. I told him what I needed and he helped me through it all, and was very patient with me. I returned a few items I did not need for the project I was working on. It was fast and easy, Jordan really took care of me.

I always use Home Depot at this location. All the employees are very helpful. Cashiers have even told me of sales that I didn't notice to help me save money.

Within the last 2 years, i bought a washing machine, an in sink disposal unit, a dish washer, a refrigerator, and a houseful of plantation blinds from Home Depot. Prices were good, and they offer good payment terms.

She was super sweet and helpful, need more like her.

Employees get an attitude when I try to use the Veterans discount and then their Tax exempt system is once again changing so employees do not know how to use it. Either offer a veteran discount or don’t but do not act like you have one and then make it impossible to use.

I went needing something to kill some small trees growing on the side of my house. The salesman was very helpful in suggesting different options and then checking with someone else to make sure that his suggestion for the best was actually the correct one

Everytime I have shopped in this store, I have been able to easily find help and get incredible customer service. It's amazing to find staff who go above and beyond to assist a customer.

We went in store to purchase a product that was way too large to fit in our car. With limited options, Trey (fantastic employee) went above and beyond by cutting down our product just enough to fit where we needed it to, so that we could get this project done in a financially responsible and stress free manner. His demeanor and manners were amazing! I hope he gets the much deserved recognition by home depot today!
