I got a really good buy on a new saw (non-electric) at an affordable price that was just what I was looking for. Quality doesn't have to be high-priced at The Home Depot store.

I went in to buy a gift certificate for a friend , and was greeted by a lovely greeter at the door, then helped by every employee as I walked around, all with smiles. Made my day!

I spent $4k on a front door and the whole experience was horrible. Employees with attitudes, not being called when it finally arrived, damaged in transit and an awful repair job. 2 very long visits to get a refund.

I bought some totes that my wife were thinking to get it from Costco. Instead we I told her that HD is way better and plus killer deals. The totes were in sale I was so happy I found the totes in my local HD. Very happy.

My checker, Dee, was so courteous and friendly. I enjoy the experience when I go to the Tumwater store.

I have purchased many items, over the years. Twenty-two years ago, we purchased roofing supplies and every year I have purchased plants and gardening supplies, mostly for my flower beds.

I sought out customer specialist in kitchen area and she guided me through a trio of purchases in store online. Silvia was very helpful and had a good knowledge of products I was interested in

We recently have been remodeling our kitchen and using the Home Depot services rather than other places or separate contractors. We wanted to have things done ight the first time, and they delivered, with a smile! We will definitely be back for other projects!

I had a specific issue that I was told I would not be helped. Pam Young was experience and compassion to understand my needs and distinguish what Home Depot would or would not help me with and was able to help me with my issue when I was told from other employees they would not help me. She's super nice and a great person!

With all of the various brands and models of large appliances out there, trying to shop for the one(s) that will ultimately be the best for your particular situation can easily become overwhelming. If you are looking to mitigate this situation as much as possible, then go visit SILVIA RINGLBAUER in the Appliance Department at the Olympia Home Depot on Fones Rd. We did exactly that and purchasing our four kitchen appliances became one of the best shopping experiences we have ever had. You will not regret having SILVIA as your "Go-To" contact. Customer service experience and knowledge at its best!

Ron, in appliances was AWESOME!

I was looking for Garden gloves for my wife. Other stores did not have ladies size Xlarge. This store did have them!

Lucky for me there is a Home Depot near me. I love going there because of the good prices and all the services they offer, I even had my locks rekeyed there

I absolutely loved my time at Home Depot in Olympia Washington location. The people were very knowledgeable and quick to help. I was greeted when I walked in and assisted at check-out. They had a good range of product. I would recommend this location for Home Depot lovers.

I was in the store to purchase a new washer and dryer. I was walking through the department to see which ones I could see in the store. The salesperson asked if she could help me and I told her what I wanted to look at. From that moment until I walked away with my delivery scheduled, she was excellent. Made an unpleasant task, very simple for me.

I went to purchase a magic chef 4.3 cubic mini fridge and was surprised how many we're in stock. I appreciated how helpful the appliance manager Ron Lee was and how engaging he was when I told him about how I was converting a full size school bus. He also informed me of the up coming appliance sales. I will be going back. The associates were very friendly and the store was very clean including the restrooms.

Ron Lee helped me and my wife shop for and purchase a washer and dryer. He was helpful and courteous. The delivery process and all paperwork accompanying our purchase was clearly explained to us.

CASHIER SUSAN was very friendly and very helpful

The front end supervisor Silvia is an amazing person! She keeps this store running when it seems like they are losing employees left and right. Always short staffed and Silvia is there making sure everything is still taken care of.

The employees that I have dealt with on numerous visits to this Home Depot have always been helpful and knowledgeable about the product they are selling.

I had made an error when I self checked out. When I returned the item a few days later… they told me I had not priced the item correctly. This was embarrassing to me that I had made such a silly error. I’m in my 80’s and am having a bit of difficulty comprehending… so it upset me. But the clerks taking care of me were so patient and kind and respectful. They made sure I was ok before I left and helped me understand the transaction. In these days of tempers and tantrums… they showed me kindness and respect… I will be forever grateful.

Went there to get some 2X4 for my fence and the whole experience was 10 out of 10, my man yongumin the parking lot dude was amazing! Helped us load and got us a flagger

I went to buy deck paint and Jose was friendly, knowledgeable and the first person to really explain the correct way to do this.

Mo found the parts I needed to complete a job. I looked 10 min. for 1/2" NMB connectors. I had bought them here before, just last week. I thought I was out of luck, but Mo asked if she could help look with me, and she found them! My heart jumped knowing progress was going to continue. What a huge relief!!!
