Each employee, even the younger ones, seem to love what they do and where they work. Seriously the best home depot I've been to.

This is a suggestion only. Please consider marking parking spaces so that they are parked at an angle configuration. I have found that this allows for better visibility when backing out to leave store and easier to park when entering.

For several months, have noticed a positive and welcoming environment in the Orange Home Depot Store. They have always had good helpful workers, but now everyone says hello or welcomes you and asks if you need help. I’ve shopped here for years, usually with a good experience. Now (for several months, sorry I can’t give a more specific time frame) you can tell there has been a store wide effort to make your shopping effort a pleasant experience. Very positive.

We prefer this Home Depot to the one in Beaumont. The staff seems to be more helpful. It is always clean and organized. My only complaint would be sometimes the lumber prices are difficult to find.

The service and personnel at the Orange Texas Home Depot are excellent!

As a landlord for a long time in Orange, my only choice was Parker Lumber, because I could get off work, go there and pickup right before they closed. I spoke with the owner, and told him they needed to step it up. They didn't. They are gone. Closed. Nothing but a vacant lot. This excellent Home Depot has the friendly people, convenient hours, and well stocked shelves that take the pressure off me when I need to get a project done.

I love the Orange Home Depot. It is always clean; the staff are always friendly, and extremely helpful!!

I always come here for my tool rentals. Always helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. Something has changed. It was always a burden to drive out of my way to come here, but it’s always been worth it, until now. I have decided to start renting tools in Beaumont.

The head cashier shantel has a very bad attitude problem. I spent $400 and was not helped for 25 minutes.

Can’t tell y’all how much I appreciate Home Depot in Orange TX. In today’s society everyone treats you like you are an inconvenience. Not Sami - she was great. Answered all my questions and helped me find what I was looking for with a smile and a kind word. Smiles and kind words are rare these days! They had everything I needed and I didn’t have to make a trip to Beaumont.

the store was very neat and organized. Some employees need to be addressed more need to be like Tony. He was dressed neatly work his apron and acted like he enjoyed his job. The cashiers were great didn't have to wait a long time to be checked out, they were all smiling and were greeting customers they were a pleasure. The young lady that checked me out was a joy to be waited on by her. There was another lady there i didn't get her name, but she was an African American she kept apologizing to me and telling me she was so sorry. I do appreciate her. People like this are an asset to HomeDepot Thank You for taking the time to hear me out.

Store is always fully stocked. Items are arranged well and easy to find. Employees are easy to find when help is needed and they are always happy to help.

HD has created a customer service disaster for themselves with the "Military Discount" program that does not work and combined that with a really ill informed group of cashiers who cannot figure out what they are doing. Wish it were possible to leave a negative number of stars.

Customer service was above expectation when I had to go look for new appliance. The only thing I would complain about is the fact they don't have any appliances in stock, they have to be ordered. But the customer service is top notch
