Price tag does not match when you go to the register, nobody went there to verify I was right

Highly recommend talking to Thomas if you have any need for lumber, he is super helpful and friendly.

This store overall has some of the best employees. They always ask if you need help and want you to find what you came in to buy

We had a not so great experience with a cashier at self checkout, thankfully another lovely cashier stepped in to help and Petet was called up who was delightful!

This Home Depot has some real nice folks working here. Ed and a new employee Hermes were a big help today in the paint dept. Everybody is always helpful here and most importantly you can actually find someone to ask a question.. BIGTIME LOL Good store. TYVM!!

My husband and I went in to Home Depot looking for a new microwave and dishwasher, fully expecting to just look at them on our own and then to google some reviews to try to figure out which would best suit our needs -- but lo and behold, Appliance Specialist LAURA GOMEZ appeared! As a young girl, I fully expected that while very nice, she wasn't really going to know anything helpful -- but I WAS WRONG!! She was very informed and able to point out many features of the various options, which really helped us to make a decision. Would love for Home Depot to have more employees like HER!! Thank you again LAURA GOMEZ! :)

We asked Willy for some help finding a sprinkler for our yard. We needed a specific one. Willy absolutely went "above and beyond" to help us. He made sure the sprinkler screwed on correctly. He also made sure we had the correct height we require for our yard,..ect.. We had kind words and joked on how & why we were buying the sprinkler. Willy made our trip to Home Depot fun and memorable. IRIS, I needed keys made it was very late, it can be a lengthy process to copy 6 keys and iris learned about me showed genuine care, I even got to learn about her as well, as a senior retail manager personally, in the world of customer she is a STAR

This is my favorite store, I highly recommend to all my customers because only for one thing. The personal on this particular store makes you feel like a boss. Always welcomes you, they're so kind and helpful. Always one step beyond you. I have being in others stores and they treat you like if you're not there. You have to go get them and ask, and then they point with their fingers where to go but they do not guide you. But this store, the one at Narcoossee and Lee Vista is my favorite to go and buy whatever I need. I think the key of this store is the manager. He is the responsible to keep that great team working for the same goal. Congratulations to all of them !

Peter, muscular guy w a great smile, saw that I was lost in the store, approached me, and helped me with my entire purchase. He’s a great asset.

I went to this store to pic up some door knobs and no one was around to help me. I wandered into the Wood Department and Pete saw I looked lost and came to my rescue. He was funny as he walked me to the right area in the correct aisle. You should be proud to have such an amazing employee working for you.

we urgently needed a new refrigerator when ours broke down and found everything we needed with assistance in the major appliance department. We were approached cheerfully, helped quickly and they even price matched another store.

Fernando is AMAZING! Of all of the times I've been to the Home Depot, in stores across AL, GA, & FL, Fernando is hands-down the friendliest, most helpful, and most knowledgeable associate I have ever come across. In fact, most were the exact opposite and I had to get home from other customers because they were clueless and lazy! He alone changed my perspective on the store. He is clearly a good person and genuinely cares about others. I will definitely be looking for him when I come in again.

As stated on my survey I was only buying on item and using my VA card at the self check out lane. As alway requested assistance, this is no big deal. But the person didn't care about the VA card she wanted my phone number. I have gone to this store since it open and never had a problem. This was one 1 item but I like customer service. I retired from Delta Air Lines after 32 years of service. I gave the best in Customer Service and expect. The first time this happened in this store.

Service was non-existent. I asked twice for someone to help me purchase a $500. lawn mower and no one came. I finally lugged it off the pile and wheeled it to check out.

At this location on Narcoosee I always get great service. Been doing at this particular store for over 4 years now. Thanks for the great experiences.

I know, you go to homedepot looking for someone to help you. Not so easy. Well I found him. Go to kitchen and bath and ask for Jameson. He knows everything!
