Purchased a nearly 500 dollar LG portable ac unit from this home depot. Get it all the way home and theres dead bugs in the vent and filter. Absolutely disgusting. It is ILLEGAL to sell refurb as new.

The store had what I needed and even though the product wan not where it was suppose to be Tyree found it for me.

Received great assistance while purchasing supplies for a remodel. The employees in the Flooring Dept assisted me getting all the materials I requested that included flooring, paint and wood trim.

When I got into Home Depot 9818 Reisterstown Rd, Owings Mills, MD 21117 the customer service was topnotch, Everyone Homedepot representative was ready to assist with information. Miss Arlene at the Flooring department helped with cutting of my window blinds and with very great accuracy and show me the direction on paper how to install them due to being a first time home owner.

I am pleased with the dryer I bought.

Everyone in the store offered help with my many questions. Kellie helped me check out and also assisted me with product information.

I appreciate the support and when folks are busy they still try to help. Crystal did that today.

Matt store manager was very rude, and unprofessional and need DEI training.

I bought this item with the helpful explanations by the employees Diane manager and Yemi assistance and I am very happy that I bought it and my wife loved it.

Supposed to have 86 of an item in stock store associate didn’t know where they were and couldn’t find a manager to help

Employees were more concerned about their inventory than my business. Rude and lied about what was in inventory. My mobile app was more accurate than their handheld inventory scanner. That or they flat out lied about it. Went to Randallstown Home Depot and they solved my issue immediately. Someone needs some serious training ! Will stay away from Owings mills store if at all possible. They have got inventory but poorly knowledgeable staff and managers.

Went with my mom to buy new appliances today and Crystal was so friendly and very helpful and explained everything thoroughly, like the hose for refrigerator and the different wire for stove hook up , which is something we never thought about, this will make installation a lot more smoother

Assistant Manager Tammy, Cashiers Phillip and Rhonda helped me a lot during a tough return/exchange. I was stressed it would be a hassle but they handled it well and were super kind and helpful.

We were looking for a new dishwasher. We got prompt, knowledgeable, friendly, fast service that we are extremely thankful for. The story is neat and orderly and the appliances we were looking for all of good quality. The employee seem warm, friendly and caring. Highly recommended! (And there were some promotions being run. The prices were good.)

Sales rep Crystal Gee was excellent. Very professional, pleasant, great customer service rep skills, make you feel welcome, make you feel worth the time you take to go to the store. She knows her area of expertise when it comes to appliances
