I bought Milkweed from Home Depot and within hours my caterpillars were throwing up and dying. I returned the milkweed and asked to have it removed from the shelf and they didn't acknowledge or say they would even look into this. Heart Breaking Don't buy the milkweed You can see the sick and dead caterpillars at the bottom of the planter

I bought $1,500 worth of tiles. when opening the skid, 16 fell off and broke. they replaced all broken tiles for free, Incredible. It was an honor really. I will always shop at Home depot from now on. Such fair and generous ethics need a superlative commendation.

I went to Home Depot today to try to find a drum latch for my wet vac. The one I ordered online was unfortunately not the correct one. It was very hard to make sure that what I saw on my computer was the part I needed so I decided to go to Home Depot cause I know they sell shop vacs. I went down the aisle to the shop vacs and once I saw the one that I knew had the part I was looking for, I went to go find an employee to help me out. The first person I found, really did not even show interest in wanting to help me and was very curt to me. I do not recall his name but if you are familiar with wrestling, he reminded me of the wrestler who is the son of Rey Mysterio. Dominick.....Anyways he was not helpful at all and really was not treating me like a customer so I just went about my business....I decided to look at drills and another worker asked if we needed help. I said I was interested in a drill and then when he got it I asked if he could help me with something else....We went to the shop vac aisle and I explained what I was trying to do. I was hoping he could go to the display vacuums they had, and look at the drum latch that was on the one and compare it to the one I had, to see if it was a match. Instead of snubbing me he went to get the ladder and went to the shop vac I was looking at, took the drum latch off to compare it to the one I had, and I was very happy to learn that it was indeed the one that I had seen online. George...Thank you George for helping me and going above and beyond your job....You showed you car about the customer and want to make them happy so they go back again. When and if I need any other items or have questions I will make sure to find George cause he knows his job. You made my day helping me George. Thank you. Again I am shouting out to George. I was up against the clock, needed to repair an appliance using Loctite Super Glue, which I found in its trust- ed location as I'd hoped, and as I was checking out, the woman at the register was going off duty, but she took the time to assist me at the self checkout ! I so appreciated her kindness, given in a timely, friendly fashion. TY Home Depot is the best. Lucille H.

Wenton to make a big purchase on lumber to do my fence. Susan was very patient attentive and took care of us promptly. I had Home Depot credit card and also had forgotten to see if I had any coupons or promotions on my account and Susan very patiently called the credit card services to see if I had any promotions. Thank you very much Susan. She is the best in service at Home Depot.

Been shopping here for 7 years personal and as a contractor. I am always very happy with the customer service, today I was helped by Saquan at the CS desk and he knocked it out of the park. Respectful, attentive, and efficient while also being pleasant and engaging in my small talk.

In our Palm Bay HD paint department, my wife and I were fortunate enough to have Santos help us find the best products and tools needed to strip many layers of paint from an old rocking chair. Santos was very knowlegable, professional, and friendly. It was a though we had a trusted old friend in the HD paint department.

The service desk people… Jorge and older lady were soo clueless and had no idea what was going on it took 30 minutes to proceed through the transaction, I asked for manager and no one came

Every time I enter Home Depot, I am greeted by an employee. If I go to the plumbing department, there is someone to assist me with expert advice. If I go to the electrical department, there is someone there to assist me with expert advice. When I go to pay, the staff at the register are friendly and ask if I found everything I need okay. Furthermore , the men working the in the parking areA, are always ready to help you load your products into your vehicle. I been to other home improvement stores and you can’t get help and the attitude you encounter are of a person that is not happy with where they are working. Thank you Palm Bay Home Depot stafff. A*

Santos in the paint department was so helpful and kind and fixed my mistake with a smile on his face and didn’t make me feel like it was my problem. He knows what customer service is still!!

Ordered window and patio door covering which turned out to special ordered. The patio covering arrived damaged and the sales person was instrumental in resolving the issue and ultimately exchanging the item. Cudos to our sales rep Tania!

We received great service at this Home Depot. The employees were knowledgeable and willing to help with issues that did not necessarily pertain to them directly. They had a large selection to choose from and we were able to get everything we needed in one trip.

I recently made several large purchases at this store, appliances, flooring, and window treatments. Beca in flooring was totally awesome. Mandy in appliance was also very helpful and informative. I was totally impressed with the professionalism and customer satisfaction attitude of these two women.

Every employee in the pickup and return department was the most friendly that I have seen in a long time. The employees showed that they cared about the customer

We have been working with kitchen designer Richard DeChristofano. He has been incredibly helpful. So many great ideas we never would have thought of. He has been very patient with us and you can tell it is important to him that we are pleased with the final product. Just placed our cabinet order and can't wait to see the finished product.

there paint dept employees catherine t, cat, are amazing at what they do. they have restored my faith in cust serv. they are very professional and freindly.

I turned in 2 empty Primo water jugs in return for 2 full primo water jugs. the cashier proceeds to give me 2 off brand water jugs that weren't primo water jugs. I told her no I don't want the off brand I want the Primo jugs because that's what I turned in. Infront of other customers and employees the cashier then tells me "Water is water" and refuses to get me the correct water jugs as she is ranting about how in her house water is water no matter what bottle it's in. so another employee heard all the commotion and got me what I needed.

I Bought a 100' Black Flat Screen Spline and worked perfect.

I have been a regular customer at this particular store for many years. It is rare if they do not have something I need. I have bought everything from paint to wood to build furniture to plants/flowers here. Highly recommend . Most clerks are very attentive and helpful with a good attitude. Shop here!!!
