Steve from hardware that seems to know about everything. He was awesome helping me find first a specific screw, and then some PVC on order to fix my cheaply-made badminton set

Unsure on what chainsaw to purchase, staff helped me and educated me on what the pro and cons where on each tool.

My visit at Home Depot today. Was very Enjoyable. the staff was friendly. The store was clean. The employees were on point today.

Reina our checkout person was very personable and asked us if we had maintenance done on our furnace and saved us money by suggesting we buy 4 filters rather than the 2 we were buying and we would get the other 2 free by buying 4. I appreciate people going way beyond the normal checkout procedure.

I purchased a water heater and installation. After installation the inspection failed. The Home Depot selected installer charged me additional money to bring the install up to code. I assumed that any install job quote would be code compliant and pass inspection specifications.

Such a joke. 3 workers watching me check myself out doing nothing.

We are expected to do "self checkout", and most terminals don't even accept cash. Yet there's no provision for electronic payment through google or apple pay app. Please get with the times.

I had put off installing a new shutoff valve, but when my toilet started leaking and the shutoff valve also leaked, I knew it was time to replace the valve. I looked online at what was needed and went to the store for parts & tools. I talked to Stan in plumbing and he simplified the work for me and saved me a lot of time and a few dollars. MUCH appreciated Stan's help!!

Charlie went above and beyond to help me return an item for which I no longer had the receipt and then to find an item that would work for me!

In search of a solution for the skinny windows on both sides of front door. Bill suggested and provided something better than we even thought we could do. Outstanding service and knowledge.

Staff wasn’t very knowledgeable about the different units. Do your own research online prior to coming to the store.
