Kerry helped us select and size some cellular shades. He was so helpful. Of all the hardware stores in our area, Home Depot is the one that consistently has what we need, and has the knowledgeable employees to assist us.

I would like to point out that the staff at The home Depot is great and is always willing to help put you in the direction you need to go. I would like to single out an individual, however, I have had pleasant experiences with the employees at just about every Home Depot I have been to.

Customer service is exceptional!

Aruna went out of her way to resolve the issue with my return. All the while answering questions from her coworkers (she knew all the answers). She was very knowledgeable and is an asset to your store!

A couple months ago, there was a cashier named Colin. He was an amazing cashier and took pride in his work. I was a frequent customer at this specific location because of that specific cashier. I came here because this Home Depot at the time was the best because of that associate. He was always respectful, kind, and if there was ANY issue, he would do ANYTHING he can to resolve it (keep in mind this cashier is only 17 years old). An associate said he quit because of how awful the management team treated him and his employees. Ever since he left, I have not been treated the same. I hope this wonderful young man is at another employer that actually appreciates him going above and beyond for customers.

Alex Robertson, a 16 yr old kid loaded about 16 rolls of sod for me and it was not his area. He saw an older lady who needed help to lift and he jumped in. An awesome worker…

I asked Kolbe to check on inventory for some patio chairs. He said there were 11 chairs in the store. He reached out to Peter in Lawn/Garden, who found some of the chairs stored up high on the rack. He took the time to get a lift and get some of the chairs down for us. It is this kind of customer service that seems rare these days. Thank you!

Store 1516 in Parker has the best customer service. I am a contractor who shops at multiple stores and multiple Home Depot locations, and by far this Home Depot location is the best. The cashiers are amazing, specifically Monique and Colin. These amazing cashiers did an amazing job at providing exceptional customer service. You don’t see that from younger people at all. Keep doing what you guys are doing!

I had a return, Will and Sherri in paint were fantastic in answering my questions and walking me up to the return counter to process. Mariana and Rhonda were awesome in problem solving a SKU issue and problem solving to process my return. Seriously the best service I have had in a long time. No matter how big or small the return - this team gets 5 stars plus!!!! Thank You.

This is my go-to store of this kind, best employee customer service, return policy, and promotions to take advantage of.

Look forward to new refrigerator

I bought Preservawood for a gazebo. It will not dry! It's been a week and it's so sticky you could stick a chipmunk onto it. I am beyond disappointed. Sherri and Will in the paint dept were very helpful with things to try to get it off. Elizabeth was also awesome. Nothing they suggested worked, the wood is still sticky, and ruined. Other people have had trouble with Preservawood not drying, so I don't understand why they even sell it. It's complete crap, so don't use it.

Came to the store to buy 7 items but 2 were not in stock and 1 the store did not stock.

Best customers service ever Home Depot in parker and twenty mile great ppl try to do there best special sales ladie she help me was great person . Deserve to be proud of that person . Way to go good women .

I experienced a great customer representative by the name of Wayne, who went out of his way to help my decision on the correct shower head for me. I would definitely ask for him the next time I am in this store.

We enjoy the Parker, Colorado store because of the customer service we received and there seem to be more long time employees who know their products and we appreciate their professionalism.

I will say that the Parker Colorado store employees are very positive and have better attitudes than other Home Depot stores in the surrounding stores

We have always liked going to Home Depot. When we saw that a Christmas tree that we liked was rated highly at Home Depot, we immediately went to see it. The price was right, the staff was so helpful, and they are having it sent to our home!

Best Home Depot experience in such a long time. Switched stores from my normal Home Depot (Saddlerock) and the Parker store just excelled tonight. Greeted as we entered, multiple offers to help as we moved throughout the store. Where we did need help, the person was knowledgeable, friendly and happy to help. Thank you!

A great store. I could waste hours of my time every day in this store. Hard to find help though. But mostly great and helpful people when you do get help. They have always treated me well. I am a tried and true do-it-yourselfer and this place is the bomb!

The service from an employee there named Casey could not have been any more helpful, knowledgeable and eager to assist! I hope the store manager reads this. He definitely deserves SPECIAL recognition! The staff are friendly, but they need to either change their Store Credit cards or change the way corporate allows the individual store to be completely restricted when one of their cards doesn't work. Took over an hour to find out there was nothing the store could do and I ended up using my regular debit card. Have to call corporate on Monday (they aren't available on the weekend) to spend God only knows how much more time with them in order for them to give me a replacement card or reimburse my personal account.

Had a great experience purchasing a new refrigerator at this store with salesperson Rick McKenna. It was a complex purchase that included 3 different credit cards, 1 store credit, and 1 gift card. Rick handled the entire process with ease. And he was a pleasure to work with.

This store has excellent employees who are willing to go the extra mile, They are very friendly and helpful. We found the items we were looking for and had a very good experience.

The process for hot water heater replacement was seamless. Delta Mechanical does a great job of teaming with Home Depot. The entire process and staff at Delta was refreshing to work with!
