Great customer service! Friendly staff.

Multiple items out of stock that I needed. Multiple store associates passed me but none offered help.

I'm so happy to have Home Depot closer to home. When Spring came, I couldn't stay away from the nursery. I tried not to go. I'd even call my girlfriends to see if they wanted to go and I'd pick them up. I took a lot of fun girls trip to HD. Then I actually ventured into the other part of the store. And found things I needed. HD has stuff you don't know you need until you're walking down the isle and see it. It's always an adventure to go Home Sweet Depot.

Customer service needs a big time upgrade, along with knowing there own price match guarantee policy as some know it and others do not, employees are usually never around when you need them for help. Funny enough when you are at checkout they are all over the place! Need to find people with experience in what they are selling and good positive service as this is greatly lacking at this location, learn from Monrovia good overall store. Have given the benefit of the doubt many times and still the same. I hope corporate sees this and does something positive about it especially for long term clients. Please help make it better whoever is reading this, you are better then this! Yes we are in hard times but I still try and be positive, so I expect at least a little of it back.

I like this homedepot because it is nearby there’s a lot of items still missing that other stores have that they don’t but for the most part you’ll find the basic items. Scanning devices the cashiers use for check out do not work !!! It is so frustrating as a customer I can’t imagine being the cashiers and dealing with that. Could be a great experiences if the scanners worked and they could get us out the store faster also heads up take your own bags this store has no bags ever !!! Cashiers at pro are very kind I was helped by a girl named Cecilia made my experience at this store very pleasant. I don’t know if it’s because she reminded me of my girlfriend that I loved so much. Anyways it’s a pretty good store for its size will shop here again

I was happy with a visit to the store. The store was nicely set up for christmas and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The female cashier called for Someone to come and help me load my lumber on my truck. But, when no one showed up, she immediately offered to help me load the lumber on my dry truck. And she did it just like other men do.

Anytime a Home Depot Partner has a "minutes" commute to and from their home, they are happier and better in their work (aren't we all!!!?), and I'm grateful that many of the Partners at this store are my neighbors. They are part of my community, and not only that, my wife LOVES her new shower fixtures. So, to recap: Happy Neighbors, selling me stuff that makes my wife smile. Review done.

I always get slightly anxious when I need something from a hardware store because I know absolutely nothing about tools, paint, etc. However, every time I come to Home Depot I’m pleasantly reminded that shopping doesn’t have to be difficult! The employees are always so helpful and I’m in and out within 5 minutes.

The workers at this particular HD really want to help people out to find exactly what they need for their projects. So often at other HD stores, they act like they don't care - or they simply just don't know anything about home improvement. So glad to find a HD that has people in the know!

Great store. Some times you have to ask a couple of folks to find the location of what you are looking for, but everyone is eager to help.

The staff was welcoming and helpful. I always feel like a duck out of water in a home development store. Your staff made me feel good and guided me to the exact section I needed (I was looking for air conditioning filters). Checkout was easy. Parking was great. I will look forward to going back to this store.

Since the first opening till the present, it has help me do the little things around the house. Not having to drive on the 210 fwy to pick up the little things, makes this store a Time saver. Great store The old AVON Plant. lot of history in that old building. Love the walk bridge in the back another reminder of Pasadena past.

I am very happy Home Depot opened it’s doors in Pasadena. The employees are exceptional. They are very knowledgeable and are an asset to Home Depot. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK! The Manager of this store should be proud of his employees. I have yet to shop at this store and could not find an Associate to assist me almost immediately…what a treat to not have to run around for 5-10 minutes looking for assistance. Also, the employees and professional.

It's still a new store, so products are well organized, the store clean, and the staff still friendly and helpful, whereas other locations are dirty, unorganized, and employees run from customers.

The new Home Depot store at Walnut and Daisy is excellent! Very clean and well laid out, with covered garage parking to boot!

The associates were all so very helpful. Ms. Justine Rivera was very helpful at the self checkout.

Julian at the lumber department was really helpful and provided great service. Overall, stuff is friendly and helpful.
