I need a certain type of garden stake, found just what I wanted, no muss no fuss. and had a pleasant HUMAN BEING check me out

This location is always clean and well kept. I try to time my trips so that I avoid the busiest times and I never fail to receive rapid personalized service finding what I need, usually getting some good advice to go with the product when I need it.

Every time I need supplies or parts I always depend on home depot to have it .and to top that when you go in you see happy faces ready to help you find your needs.

I've been to Home Depot for years and used to be upset over how disinterested the associates were to help. But I have noticed a change and I have found them to be much more friendly and willing to help. I get asked if I need anything when I run across them in all the aisles. It's a refreshing change and I will be spending more of my renovation money at HD from now on.

What Out - I was charged for Items that were not even on my Cart. Was asked for my Pro ID as I was paying. Took 40 minutes to correct as Mgrs were in a meeting. Was told I would get a $25 dollar discount for the issues, register would not accept so Supervisor gave $12.22 discount. Supervisor Never said I word that 25 could not be honored.

We purchased a dishwasher and arranged for flooring and purchased a welcome mat and had a great experience in all three departments .

I was told you have to register online to receive the discount that I earned with my service. I am not hoing through a convoluted process and giving up my spot in line to do so. Get your act together home depot. And clean your aisles up.

David in customer service went well above and beyond to make sure I was able to successfully purchase and transport a new propane grill from the Pasadena store today. Thank you!!!

Rude, uncaring employees, merchandise all over the floor. Poorly arranged store and just plain inefficient.

Linda at the Pro Desk and Joe in Lumber were fantastic and nothing I asked or needed was too much for them to do for me.

The gentlemen who helped us in lawn and garden went the extra mile. The cashier was rude to the nth degree, insulting us and our religion.

Repeated orders that never come in . A lot of wasted time and aggravation. If you're lucky you'll find somebody that can help you while the other 10 to 15 employees stand around

I would like to acknowledge store mgr Ryan for kindly greeting us to make sure we were able to find everything we were shopping for and I want to acknowledge Hanner at customer service for the kindness and willing to go beyond normal job duty to assist with checking out due to self check out line. Vinyl Plank Flooring so easy to work with and very pleased with the look and feel.

Parking is simple, and I like the layout of the store. I can usually always find someone to help me too, if I need assistance.

Store has alot of supplies and lots of workers that are very helpful in paint depth the guy was tall and Bald my daughter wanted paint but I said has 3 children. He picked out what would be Best

As soon as we walked into the store and started looking around, an employee asked if we needed help finding something, then looked up the product for us. Saved us from walking up and down isles looking.

The store was fully stocked, neat, & clean. We were greeted & asked for help several different times. Shawna was an awesome cashier. She went above & beyond and displayed great customer service.

Store is clean, employees are helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. As a Contractor, material acquisition is obviously paramount. I have a Rep named Mariana, who is nothing short of stellar! She has consistently provided me with the support needed to keep my business flowing seamlessly and ensure my steadfast loyalty. Customer service is dying in many arenas, however, an exception is found here, in a young lady who is knowledgeable, courteous, kind and devoted to ensuring the level of service I desire and expect from a world class operation. Job well done.

The store is always busy, and sometimes the aisles are hard to get around because seasonal merchandise is always being displayed. Supplies are usually very good.
