Customer Service girl on the morning of 05/20/20 is the absolute WORST. Had to text her friends and check her emails before giving me my incorrect order. Then has the nerve to tell me to call ahead next time, even though I had received an email stating my order was complete. 30 Minutes later I had both of my extension cords. Items were ordered and paid for online to save time, instead I wasted 30 minutes and had to deal with her attitude.

My favourite store,have been buying in this store for 15 years and I know every shelf.

There is no associate that can help the customers especially on the carpet department, if you go at 6 am your loosing two things Money and Time that can't no be repay and never comes back, I'm always buy from this store but I still can realize that you open a business so early and there is no one, no one, that can help you to cut a piece of carpet, the worst service I ever had in that store, and I have to wait until 10 am loosing Money and Time, I really appreciate.

Today, my husband and I went to buy floor moldings. We have been going to Home Depot for the past few months as we just purchased our new home and we are in the middle of a home renovation. Just in the past few months, we have spent over $15,000 on supplies. Just yesterday, we spent 5k on appliances and last week we spent 4k on flooring. Unfortunately, due to the despicable customer service we received today, we will never come back. Employees, Mo, Louis, along with others were disrespectful and ganged up on my husband and I when we asked them to cut some moldings for us. One said he had to go because he was worried about his lunch break and the other (who called himself the head of the Lumber department) grabbed a couple of his buddies (one who he called Mo) and gathered all together to tell us they would not cut more than 10 moldings. After they ganged up on us, they all left laughing at us. Then, as we tried to leave to pay for our things, the aisles were blocked on both ends. I went to get Mo and asked him to please unblock the aisle. He then purposely began to walk slow with this other employee. I asked him again and he said, "I'm going to get the forklift" and teasingly continued to walk slow. My husband and I are extremely disappointed and due to this we will no longer be shopping at Home Depot.

Is very easy to find the products, always there is someone available to help you.

Visited this store on 12/20/2019 around 7 pm and I meet two enthusiastic employee that went above and beyond the call of duty. If ever in the Passaic store I suggest you ask for Kaitlyn and Diego for the best customer service experience..

Worst store ever. An employee named rafael in returns is the worst. And when I called the manager bob to tell him about an issue all he said was, "theres nothing I can do" worst personnel ever

The employees in this store are always extremely helpful and courteous.

The store was very clean, the products were easy to find, and more importantly the staff were very polite

I use to buy on this store for many years and I am very satisfied that on l\the last year the store is very clean and organized; customer service is good and representatives are always ready to help, thank you for new good service, I recommend this store.

Believe it or not I had a great experience at the Passaic Home Depot tonight. When I entered the store I was asked if I needed help! I bought a stackable washer & dryer. The employee knew the merchandise, offered me all discounts he could find & was very fast on the computer. When I checked out, one of the employees helped another to check me out. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience which meant a lot to me since this was a large, stressful purchase for me.

My home away from home. The staff on the floor are very helpful, but the Customer Service desk is pretty awesome with the hard task they do.

I was upset because I went there for a specific item. There was was an assistant Manager that I spoke to when I couldn't find a U.S. flag for the upcoming holiday that was advertised in the paper. He showed 14 pieces in the store and after searching all over he was nice enough to get another flag that was better quality for the sale price. I left very happy and I applaud him for doing so.
