I bought a gardenia during the summer and it gave me so many flowers.

Was able to find items using the Home Depot Oline Application prior to store visit.

Everyone is always very nice, though I rarely need help. I walked right past the clothespins before I asked and was led right to them. They are regularly well stocked with a nice variety to select from. I love my plants and they have a pretty good selection all year round of indoor and outdoor ones to choose from.

I love shopping at Home Depot. I purchased some items for my cooler at home and have been very pleased. I've shopped at Placerville Home Depot for years and have never been disappointed.

This store has some of the most friendly, helpful employees! I can't always find exactly what I need, but they sure try whenever I ask.

This Home Depot illegally uses the parking area specified in the permit as storage for sheds, water tanks, trailers, trucks and garden items. Don't even try to visit on weekends or Monday mornings. It is a code violation but good luck finding a Placerville code enforcement official to address it.

If you can't find a product go to the PRO desk. If you cant get through on the phone go directly to the PRO desk, they will make sure you get help! I love that I can take my tiny dogs in the store. The employees seem to enjoy their visit as well.

Every time I visit the Placerville store everyone is very friendly and helpful. Even the folks that are trying to stock the shelves when I interrupt them with location questions. I just moved to the area a couple years ago after retiring and buying a slightly rundown home. I am frequently at Homedepot depot and the experience is pleasant every time.

Their selection very slightly less than bigger Home Depots, but they employ locally. And their hours are very convenient, too.

I have shopped Home Depot’s in many areas this one is ok people are nice enough just hard to get help with bulky heavy items like plywood and big lumber, it would be nice if I could order it through the app and be able to just load it up

The employees were all very helpful and kind, the store was well organized and clean!

Would gladly drive further to not have to deal with the employee John here. Super rude when loading my purchase with the forklift and told me to my face if he damages my vehicle he is denying everything

I had an issue with a return, spoke to Manager (Melissa) and Head Cashier (Karen). They went above and beyond to make sure my customer needs were met. Great ladies and nice clean store.

My husband and i came into get soil but there were only broken bags. I was delighted to be assisted by Margo at the register who gave me a discount on them and made the experience quick and she was very funny.

The store is very clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly.
