Arlene is very attentive and helpful. She properly explained to me how to fill out the warranty of my product. And she explained to me how to navigate in the application. Super satisfied.

My favorite Home Depot store by far. Hats off to Brenda Maldonado at the paint section, and Erica and Carmen.

The store look well organized and the staff was very helpful.

Staff is very knowledgeable and personable ! I felt at home.. thank you Jermaine, Maria A gentleman at the paint section who helped me find the right grey scale and also the gentleman at the flooring section that helped me with my tiles.

The manager Matthew was very polite and professional he answered all of our questions and made our shopping experience a pleasure.

Although the sales end of the transaction was ok, the delivery was a nightmare. I ordered a 4 appliace package: range, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. When the installers arrived, there was negativity from the start, questioning whether the items would even fit through the doors.Finally they did manage to maneuver them all in. Then they refused to install the refrigerator because the water turn off was dripping, then they couldn't install the microwave because it is direct wired and there was a problem with the door opening against an adjacent dabinet. I had to call a plumber to install the refrigerator another $150 expense and my son and grandson installed the microwave in a matter of an hour. Unacceptable after I already paid $119 for the micrwave installation. At the end of the Home Depot installation I was left with two large refrigerators in the middle of my kitchen, neither of them usuable. I've been living with this mess for three days, until my son and grandson came along to finish what Home Depot started

I love going to this home Depot because they always have the merchandise that I am looking for and it I cant find it there is a staff ready and willing to help at all times. This store is so organized and super clean!

Jeff in Plumbing is one of the best representatives Home Depot could employ. Takes you from “customer to friend “ in just a couple minutes! I have gone to this Home Depot for a very long time and I am never disappointed whenever I go. It is convenient and close to where I live so it is always the best choice.

It was 9pm. I worked all day and was exhausted. Because I am in the middle of remodeling my home, there were specific items I needed to have in place, the next day. I was stressed. Upon entering the self-check-out register, Phonia came with the warmest smile and asked "is there something I can help with?" She immediately began scanning the items! I almost cried!

After searching everywhere for the door size I needed, and finally going to Home Depot I found the one I was looking for but it didn't come in lefthand-outswing, thanks to the lady that helped me she said it can be ordered and so I will have my door, thanks to Diane.

Needed assistance locating an item. Both people I asked were very helpful - even when we could not locate the item at first.....found it in plain sight and teased staff about it being in front of our face....they laughed. Nice that they are all pleasant at this location.
