I always go to Ponce Home Depot store for my needs, Id the best!!!

Wanted to use my home depot credit card to spend ten thousand dollars on appliances and no one wanted my money . Will rather travel an hour to another store.

My husband ordered some wood that he needs for a project and had to cancel the order after a month because was tired of being waiting for it. Every time that the delivery date was closed, we received a call from an employee saying the delivery needs to be reschedule because the wood was not available. Also, we went to buy paint and had to wait almost 2 hours because there were just one employee taking the orders and another one mixing the paint. Please keep in mind that due to the Covid there are no seat available which is terrible for seniors and disabled people like us. As to the employees, I have to say that we were very pleased with their attention. They were very friendly and helpful.

Employees go more and beyond to give you a great experience.

Employees are not helpful in the tile, bathroom, accessories, and cabinet areas. Literally, "NO HD ASSOCIATE" in the area. Waste of time, gas money and looking for other local retailers. Should change your moto to "LESS SAVING. MORE SPENDING".

I bought a O turn Lawn mower tractor and I was very please with all the attention of the associate that took care of the sales and the help to load the tractor in to my vehicle. I owned a Hardware store in my home town and it is nice to have good employees in our store.

clean, fast and efficient disposition of what you need, those guys not only can direct you to what you need but can explain to you how to use it and some tricks of the trade when necessary, the home depot is my favorite but don't take my word visit any location and check for yourself you will love it

Hello, I have gone many times to Home Depot in Ponce, but today the cashier was soooo friendly, had a smile, I asked her for some information for the product I was buying and she was really helpful! Angelica Thank you.. I will definitely be going back for more shopping. Keep up the good work!

Store is always clean and tidy. Pricing is competitive and products very accessible. A great variety of articles and superb employees. My wife and I always enjoy our frequent trips to Hme Depot, Ponce.

Your associates are friendly and helpful, however I find the store lacking in certain merchandise such as wooden blinds. I bought these some years back and needed to replace but you haven't brought them back.
