I usually have to ask for help. Or even look for someone that could help me. Today, I didn't have to do that. The young lady that helped me, let me know she was new. I had no issues with that. She was friendly, personable and helpful. Usually I'm frustrated coming to this store because I'm disabled and usually have to walk around to find someone to help but this young lady didn't make me do that. I wish I remembered her name. I was in the cleaning supply section at around 11:45 a.m. today 12/19/2023. I really wish that I remembered her name so she could get credit for being so awesome to this old lady 😁

Poplar Bluff Home Depot is full of friendly and accommodating employees.

I am a pro and I like to be called when something goes on clearance that I may need. The pro desk at the Poplar Bluff Home Depot is great about calling during those times. I also love their selection of tools (especially Milwaukee tools).

We shopped around at other stores but Home Depot had the best selection and the price was so much better than the other stores.

I ordered 3 cabinets online for over $1k. They were delivered and two were damaged. I called shipping management and agreed that they would deliver two more and pickup the trash ones on a Mon. Mon came and went. I called again and was promised they would be delivered that Thursday. Again,, Thursday came and went. Mind you, I'm having to take off work these days to meet the delivery guys and have a family of 6 that I'm solely supporting. I then was promised my two new cabinets would arrive that Fri. When the delivery guys FINALLY showed,,they only had ONE cabinet due to a mix up on their end. I'm SO over this!! I called AGAIN and was told that the cabinets I wanted were not going to be available for up to a month. The delivery manager refunded me for ONE cabinet and so I guess I will take my money elsewhere from now on. I am VERY disappointed and unhappy with Home Depot's business 👎

We had been wanting a bar-be-que grill for months. The selection of brands at Home Depot was outstanding. We selected the brand we were wanting today and are anxious to try it out. We also purchased other items that we were needing. Excellent store!

Excellent customer service, good value for your money.

Need 16ft 4x4 and they don't carry it. But they had everything else I needed

Probably as good of store as far as I know the help is always there not other stores.

Just want to say evertime i go into the store im always greated by smiling employees. They always make sure to see if i need help with anything. Today patty at self checkout went above and beyond and helped me with multiple questions that i had, and just helping me in general. By far the best store for customer service 👌

First time home owner don't know squat about plumbing and brought in a video of what I needed replaced and Garry picked out exactly what I needed with no issues this man needs a raise

I went in to purchase a Shop Vac. There were a few questions I had and Garry helped me. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I had the information I needed. It was a pleasant shopping experience. I would go there again.

Large selection of plants for both flower and vegetable gardens. Some a bit pricey.

Looking for spray gun and found the kind were looking. Associate are friendly and helpful.

No matter which department you go to there is always someone there to help and answer any questions you may have.

Started with Jim Minor helping us gather all our small products then off to flooring where the lady (didn’t get her name) took our order and had it sent to the front while we picked up some plywood where a young man helped me load it onto my cart. Checkout and assistance loading was great as well. I’ve never been to a store with such consistent high quality customer service!

The employees were great to help and give advice on the project I’m working on. Store always has the product I’m looking for

I needed some guidance installing a water heater and Mr. Minor walked me through the process step by step. He laid out all the plumbing pieces and had me take a picture of them as they should be installed. He was super friendly and very knowledgeable.
