I went to buy lumber and when I went to check out the price for 2x4 rang up 4.98 each but on the Home Depot website the price is 4.65 each was told that was buy online price only and when I asked for a manager was told one was not there went to customer service and questioned them about the price and was told the same thing not it was online only buy price I asked them to show me where that is stated on the website that prices are different in store and was told that everyone does it that way after a half hour of asking for someone in charge and being told no one was there the customer service clerk gave me the lumber for the online price.I have never heard a business not having a manager working in the middle of the day and the store needs to info customers the online and in store prices vary.

Alyssa in customer service was very helpful and kind. It seems rare to find employees who care about their customers these days but she went above and beyond to satisfy her customers. Port Richey Home Depot, you are lucky to have Alyssa!

Cindy was extremely helpful, and while helping me get all of the product I needed ordered for delivery at my house she was also exceptionally polite as well.

I purchased an installation service for my appliances and I was unable to use the service. Christine @ the help desk was able to provide a refund.

I enjoy going to the port richey store when I can people are very friendly and helpfully I wish some other stores would be as friendly as the Home Depot’s that I shop in

I bought a vinyl floor on 06-06-2022 and I had a great experience with flooring department with Ms. Bella. She is a caring with customers and patience to help their customers

I've bought numerous things from this home depot, and will continue too. Always have things in stock and the store is well kept.

Janet provides the best customer service. Told me about the credit card. Took her time to help me. Saved us money. She had a young man help me to my car. The store is clean and everyone is friendly.

I can’t say enough about the helpfulness of the employees at this store. They go over and above what one might expect.

Love doing the things I can to make my home what I want it to be. I sometimes don't know everything I need or exactly how to accomplish my goal. I always appreciate being able to ask questions and really appreciate salespeople who will help me or find someone who can. This store has some valuable salespeople that believe in customer assistance. I go here often & have not been disappointed yet. They don't always have what I'm looking for, but they try to help me find an alternative or get an item that will do the job. Thank you for making me a satisfied customer.

I bought flowers and plants.

We've been shopping at this location for several years, and there's always knowledgeable people there to help with projects that we've stated but need help finishing.

I was sent over a vendor recommended by this home depot store to get a consultation for what i needed to improve the quality of my home water. Florida Energy. Water & Air provided an awesome presentation and i ended up purchasing the water treatment/filtration system and I am 100% satisfied. :)

I have not opened the box yet but the sale associated was a great help and very efficient . His name was Mac

The associate told me they were closing soon and it's not happening when I requested to get a boxed item off the shelf a vanity combo. He was extremely rude.

I shop at this store alot and everyone is very helpful and understanding.

The employees at the home depot store are always extremely helpful

Great store good help

Disrespectful employee at checkout, not even working at the time. Told me that "Just because I did a job for 4 years in the military, you can't get a discount." I promptly told her that was the most disrespectful thing I've ever been told and that she should stop talking immediately. I will never shop at home Depot again.

There was an employee at the register in the garden department using foul language.

Our local Home Depot always has the best customer service. From being greeted the moment we enter the door, help and questions answered by knowledgeable employees, right through to check out and being thanked for coming, shopping here is always a pleasant experience. And we can’t forget to mention the quality and great prices on all our home improvement needs, tools, gardening etc...!

VERY FRIENDLY PEOPLE WORKING THERE AND READY TO HELP YOU. THIS STORE HAS A LOT MORE IN STOCK THAN THE OTHER STORE.

Terrible customer service. Couldn’t find what I was looking for so asked for help finding it and was immediately told “they must be out of it” instead of actually helping me find it. Manager made excuse for the employee instead of saying she would at least retrain her in how to help customers.

This store is great, if you need to do some remodeling and need a little help you just need to ask the folks at THD and they will guide you with everything you need. If you need a pro or if you do it yourself they can tell you how and the best things you need to get for the job. You are given choices by the Home depot folks so you make the decision yourself. The can guide you all the way, so don't be afraid to ask for help and products.
