What were some Christmas items for my husband. I have both kids in tow. The cashier was absolutely amazing. She helped you adjust a incorrect price on what we bought and she also recommended an incredible Christmas experience for my kids, writing down directions and location to the place for me on my receipt.

Jose was a great help in coming up with a solution to a problem I had, he is the reason I will return to this location

Went through SELF checkout and was accosted by an employee. Rifling through my cart an tried scanning everything for me even though I had the labels all facing up ready to go the way I wanted, which you know is the point of having gone through the self checkout lane in the first place

If I could give a negative star I would it is highly disappointing as a female going into a store like Home Deport and I can not get help with loading a heavy big item into your vehicle. Any evening having to push the item thru the store because you can not locate any flat carts.

Heather was the best salesperson, I think I havevever had. It has been a long time since I’ve seen such knowledge and really cared about me (the customer- even the man behind me said she’s the best). Hope she gets a raise because I’ve never done a survey or anything like this, she really was excellent and I’m ALWAYS intimidated going into Home Depot, as a blonde woman that knows nothing about makeovers! Thanks Heather!

Bought, returned, and then bought difference fluorescent light bulbs at this Home Depot since there are so many lighting options to consider. This Home Depot has a fantastic inventory of all types of light bulbs. And the store's Customer Service was exceptional in processing my purchase, return, and follow up second purchase in a very seamless, expedited fashion. Great Home Depot here in Prosper that is well stocked with inventory and well operated with very attentive store staff and management.

I went to the Prosper store with a LOT of returns from the last 8 months. ANITA helped me through the process and could not have been more helpful. The return process took 45 minutes to complete and ANITA never showed any sign of frustration. ANITA was kind, courteous, and knowledgeable with a pleasant accent and smile on her face. ANITA was AWESOME!!!! THANK YOU ANITA and manager Daren!!!!!

Bought a Christmas tree online. It showed they had several in stock. Went directly to the store for pickup and was told they were out. The clerk, Peter, was extremely helpful. We luckily found a floor model. It did not have a box, but he made us a great deal on a tree bag to store it in. Super nice man and VERY helpful.

Jose J was great! He knew I needed help and stopped to make sure he did just that! He got me out of the store quickly and confidently. I would have been there forever without him! He is great.

I found a Christmas yard decoration I wanted to buy but the store was out of stock on this item. Customer Service called another store and found the item. This was going above and beyond. I am so blessed by the staff and personnel.

Nicole is amazing. She helped us for a last minute priority project and she was extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous.

I was there to shop for my first DIY project and JOSH BELL helped me in the lumber section. He displayed great service mindset and helped all the people who were crossing his way. He explained the differences between the lumber types and their measurements and helped me fix my measurements. He helped me in cutting lumber to my desired project calculation. My overall experience had turned into memorable experience. I would like to appreciate the attendant for his great service mindset and dedication. Thanks.
