The employee that really stood out was Red he has a beard and smile that Santa Clause would be jealous of! His knowledge and expertise was second to none. He went out of his way to make me feel like I was valued as a customer. He walked with me in the store helping me to find my items and then called on his manager to assist locating items from another location. This included following up with me the next day by phone. Red did all of this with a smile on his face and such a pleasant helpful demeanor. I look forward to returning to this location to shop knowing that when I walk in I am valued as a customer. This store is very convenient to my home. I frequent it quite often. Never have I had a cashier in the garden center be so personable and friendly. Her name is Vicki, as reflected on my receipt. True and genuinely good customer service stands out like a sore thumb these days, and Vicki is the perfect personification of such.

Punta Gorda has a mask mandate and the reason I decided to shop here. Why have a mandate and at least 5 employees did not have masks on.

Employees not at all representative of other Home Depot’s we have shopped at through the years. Would not recommend shopping at this store. Customer service 0-zero on a scale of 0-10!

Great place and all sales associates are very helpful

The Home Depot Garden Center’s manager, Suzi, is such an asset to this store. She ordered 12 of the plants I couldn’t find anywhere else. Not one other store I tried to find them at offered to do this for me. I am a VERY satisfied customer. She even went the total extra mile by color code tagging them with ribbon because they were not in bloom...awesome!

WE live in a predominantly elderly community and are so fortunate to have a Home Depot in our neighborhood. Things break, and things quit working. It is all part of owning a home, and it is comforting to have a well stocked home improvement store so readily handy to us. It is a neighborhood asset.

Home Depot in Punta Gorda, FL. took 30 minutes for anybody to assist me even though they did page someone. Employee gave me the impression that I was interrupting his day. I am a Veteran and I was told they will not offer 10% off of lumber products. I checked with Home Depot in Port Charlotte, FL and they honored 10% military discount on lumber. Can't understand why one store will and another won't. Will be shopping at Port Charlotte, FL store in the future and Darrin in customer service was a 5 STAR employee!

store is located near me and generally has needed supplies at a fair price. I am concerned about egress to store as it is not good and traffic will be worse with completion of road improvements on Burnt store road

I am handicapped and need s scooter to get around the store. This Punta Gorda store has junky cart and they need to be replaced. Often times they haven't been charged and they die while I am shopping. If another one isn't available I have to leave and make a trip back anorher time and hope I get get a working scooter. Also employee's healthy shouldn't shouldn't use the handicapped stalls in the bathroom.

The store stocked and very clean. We have been to this store several times in the last three months since moving to Florida. We had exceptional service from 1 particular employee at this store. Suzie from the garden/Christmas area. She spent several minutes helping us with Christmas lighting ideas, also helped us with the Nutcracker soldier that lights up with LED lights. She made 3 trips to the back of the store looking for the product we wanted. She was happy to help, pleasant to talk to and very helpful. Yesterday at this store was our best experience so far due to the help we received from Suzie. Thanks,

I needed to return my 15,000 btu A/C and Rosa and was done with transaction in five minutes. It was great to be in and out with no problem at all.
