Each time I come to this Home Depot I am greeted by very friendly staff, they will go out of their way to show you where the items you need are located not just pointing. They are helpful in guiding you on what you need for projects. This store always have what you need, and is kept very clean. I've never had a bad experience here.

I received poor service and disregard for my veteran status. Checker with barely enough English skill to communicate.

The employees greeted me when I walked in, asked if I needed any help finding anything. Then the employee took the time to walk with me to the aisle instead of telling me, asked if I needed any other assistance, and of course at the end asked if I found everything okay.

Whenever I need something for do-it-yourself type projects at home this Home Depot is always been hands down organized and friendly help. And actually able to find somebody to help me unlike some of the other stores close by. Highly recommend this facility

We came in looking for flooring, and had questions. A gentleman was very helpful with our concerns, deserved for the product we waned, found it in ample supply, then helped load it after we paid. Great experience. Great prices.

Puyallup Home Depot store is an enjoyable friendly experience. Store and parking lot are clean. Staff greet you coming in and leaving. Employees smile. They ask if you need help as you walk through store. They are helpful, knowledgeable and quick. Store is orderly and easy to find things, but if you can’t, an employee will ask you if you need help. Employees work together to take care of you. They actually like to see you, and smile as you walk through store. A very nice pleasant experience. I feel safe there - huge for me!!!

Very mouthy associate with an accent.

I needed help with a claw foot bathtub. Ila, at the Prodesk spent days helping me find out all of the differences in the quality of bathtubs. Who know there was so much to research? Ila did and was able to help me purchase the best quality tub. Ila made the entire experience painless and made the process even enjoyable. Thank you.

We are frustrated by the multiple hobo Rv’s that live/litter in the parking lot.

Bought our new riding lawnmower at our Home Depot in Puyallup WA today. We had done our research and had a few questions left before purchase. The employees were very friendly and helpful. They took the time to give us excellent service and the experience was great. We love our store #4709. Love the employees and the products are great. Returns are easy and fast. Love it.

I NO LONGER DREAD GOING TO THIS HOME DEPOT THINKING I WILL HAVE TO WANDER AROUND TO FIND AN EMPLOYEE. THEY ARE ALL OVER AND ACTUALLY ASK YOU IF YOU NEED HELP! LOVE IT.

Alex helped me find items all over the store. Alex seemed so happy to help me he was actually dancing down the Aisles. It was a great time

I needed help with the correct items for a project. Tracy and Don were so helpful that the shopping experience was almost as much fun as going to a movie. In fact we might be having a movie night together because we had such a great time

Really great deal on DeWalt tools, very helpful employees and willing to help. This store is very consistent customer service. Really like this store.

Everything you need is behind lock and key and the employees scatter like field mice to a brush mower when you need to get something. Be prepared to seek a real checker, or do the job for yourself with no discount.

I purchased a milwaukee fuel vaccuum and was helped by an extremely knowledgeable employee, 5 star service!

With a few more employees that are trained to notice ppl in need this store would be GREAt! At this point it is a very good store to shop in and is doing its best.

The employees at Puyallup Home Depot are great. They are always helpful to find an item and cashiers are great. They have what I need each time.

Your store's product line is pretty good but the customer service could use some freshening up & maybe management needs to train more extensively & use incentives for better employee excitement within the store. During these trying times we all need to know our worth!

The staff treats everyone as if they are a theif. The store is barely stocked and when you need an associate they vanish.

MS. Williams sold us two major appliances tonight. She is so kind and demonstrates awesome role model for outstanding customer service!! Thank you for hiring prople that know how to treat people/customers in retail sales. She is a gem!

Picked up a can of roofing paint. All the cans on the shelf were damaged and dented. I took one up to the register and the cashier saw it was damaged. She gave us a nice discount on the paint without us even having to ask. Such friendly and personable service!

Instead of wandering all over the store while in a hurry, it was so nice to find someone that helped locate what I needed. Everyone on my last visit was so friendly.

I had to wait almost an hour for the 4 bags of patio sand to be lifted down from the top shelf. There are not enough employees to give customers adequate service.

Don't waste your time going to other Home Improvement stores when you can save your time that is very valuable and walking to a Home Depot store get greeted and get offered help in finding what you're looking for and how to use it and in a few minutes beyond your way back to your job or home to finish your project it's that easy and that fast thanks Home Depot.
