Employee in Appliance Sales, #AMM1670 helped me what I needed and checked me out right there in her area saving me having to walk up front.

Super nice people and if you ask for help they try really hard to make that happen.

This store consistently meets or exceeds my expectations for quality products, and fair pricing. Both associates and Managers are friendly and knowledgeable. I still believe in customer service so that’s why I shop this Queen Creek store.

Nadine in the blinds department is awesome! She helped with giving us samples and we took those samples over to our new build to really make sure we were making a good decision. She was mindful of our budget while still trying to find something that suited our style. We even got blinds that were much different than we would have gone with but ended up loving it. She made this shopping experience a fun one! Will be shopping here again and even referred other couple looking at blinds to Nadine!

The associates in the appliance department were very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. We were given great attention to purchase a new refrigerator.

Al in Plumbing is amazing! It is like having your kind, wise, patient Grandpa with you! Really a well ran store!

Sean was totally awesome! He was knowledgeable, patient, friendly, thorough in his explanations and kept a smile in his voice and on his face.

Got great customer service during my last visit.

We placed an order that was scheduled to be delivered to the store 6/9. On 6/8 we were notified it wouldn’t be in until 6/10. After delivery, From 6/10-6/20 the item was still not available for us to pick up. After speaking to multiple people over occasions, we were told the item would be ready soon and needed to be unloaded off of a pallet. Then on 6/22 we received a notification that it was ready for pickup. However, when we got to the store they said our item wasn’t there at all. We canceled the order in the end and regained our money but lost out on weeks of project time.

This was the first time all week that I had great customer service at any store. The employees both on the phone and in store were excellent and taking care of a customer! They were pleasant friendly and extremely helpful and made a purchase that I needed to exchange very easy! Kudos to Queen Creek home Depot and thank you Steve and Isaac!

If you are looking to update your kitchen and need help I highly recommend Michael H. In the Kitchen Design area. He is fantastic and knows his stuff! Extremely professional and kind with a patient attitude.

I have spent thousands of dollars building my gardens, patio and walkways in my backyard. All but the rock and sand came from this store. It started with Mike in Pro; he's a little gruff sometimes but I would rather have the truth than a sales job - he advised me on what and what wouldn't work. He helped me find exactly what I needed. When the project was complete, I returned a UHaul full of pallets and broken pavers, some bricks, screws, cement, mortar etc. Those young men at the Pro pick up lot were awesome. Every time I went in (which was A LOT), the employees helped me choose the correct items (like french drains), loaded up the pallets of cement, mortar, soil, etc, and loaded them in my vehicle for me. When buying concrete paint, the paint dept supv (female) realized I was going to have to unload it at my house by myself and instead of letting me buy a 5gal bucket she gave me 5 1gal buckets for the same price; I hadn't even thought about unloading it by myself once I got it home. This is above and beyond customer service. When buying garden soil, this particular store didn't have enough and instead of just sending me on my way, they found another store that had plenty. They put a hold on it, and gave me directions to the other store. When buying PVC pipe, they cut it for me. When buying concrete screws and other small items, they researched on their personal phones which sizes etc. I needed. I wish all customer service reps were like these guys/gals. Whatever training you are doing Home Depot - keep it up! It truly is appreciated. PS...I wish I could load some pics to show you all what everyone at HD helped me to create :-)

The flooring department has an amazing team of individuals; Blake, Rick & Megan that go above and beyond for the clients. I had an amazing experience being helped by them as I took on placing tile in my master bedroom.

This store has everything, including a great garden center. And despite how busy and active this store is on a weekend, the employees are always visible, available, and willing to assist.

Do not use this store for backsplash tile and installation. We had a terrible experience and ended up cancelling the job after 2+ months of ridiculous drywall, installation and tile product defects.

My husband and I had an issue with a product. We spoke with GM and flooring manager. Both were absolutely great to deal with and resolved our issue immediately

Brenda was awesome! She went above and beyond. She knew her stuff and was happy to help.

The employees were great. The prices were great. I really felt comfortable throughout the store.

I ordered curbside pick-up. I waited over an hour for it and I finally flagged someone down just to be told they are sorry but the system cancelled my order because they were out if stock of the merchandise I ordered. When I ordered it it showed 13 in stock.

Very friendly and helpful associates. Busy store but someone is always ready to help with patience and understanding.

The parking lot is a mad house.

Home Depot in Queen Creek is a gem of a hardware store, with the products we need, but also the help we seek, and good advice we get, and great service we are given. Always a good stop on home improvement day.

Painting Dept team -Isaac and co-worker (did not get her name) they were both VERY HELPFUL, polite and nice to talk with. Isaac actually walked me over to the item I was asking about (not pointed like other previous experiences at a HD store) They both were so helpful with questions I had, actually took time to listen and give suggestions. I also observed their interactions with other customers and they were again helpful, professional and polite.They worked great as a team which was nice to see

employees are always friendly and very helpful

I shop for Ryobi equipment and they generally have a good supply on hand. I do most of the repairs on our home and have had little trouble in finding what I needed at this Home Depot.
