Great customer service, had an amazing person help me with my shopping and saved a ton of money by Chip (the employee) helping me compare products and prices. I’m so glad Home Depot hires great people like him that care about us shoppers. I was able to buy everything I needed.

I just bought a home and have a few miner projects and glad walking in there each one has been hand held and directed of information to detail by each employee. From a man who said its important to choose your paint wisely because?? to whats the color scheme ?? to lets go on the computer and see what we can find you that will accommodate what you need and looking to accomplish.

I always get helped when I cant find something, and everyone is so nice.

This store has the most customer service! And the friendliest. I have another store closer to my house but drive the extra 4 miles to rainbow!

I used to live right around the corner from this store and even though I've moved a few miles the opposite direction i still go to this store. I have never had a problem with any of their employees and they always seem to go out of their way to help me find what I need. Today I was there because my garage door opener I bought there quit working. I couldn't figure out how to open it and if there was even a battery in there that needed to be replaced. I was assisted by a very nice man who not only took it apart (I hadn't been able to) and took the battery out which is what needed to be replaced and stayed with me the entire time until checkout. he went over and above to help me and it was greatly appreciated. Thank You Robert.

This store gets 2 thumbs up from me! Helpful, Friendly and patient. The store was well stocked and the bathrooms were clean I was pleasantly surprised by that.

I always have a positive experience at Home Depot, even at very busy times. The store is always clean, store personnel are helpful, and things are kept well in stock. Plus, everyone is friendly at Home Depot.

Gentleman that helped me with my washer/dryer purchase was very informative. I already knew which products I wanted to purchase, and he was extremely thorough in explaining the fine print i.e. warranty and installation procedures. Was able to complete purchase quickly and efficiently.

My experience at the Home Depot was excellent. I went there for my kitchen appliances. Katherine was very helpful. I will be back!
