Associate Norma went above and beyond in gathering things I needed while I was looking for some screws. It was a great time saver over simply telling me where things were.

Went to buy a leaf blower for my son to start chores and needed something from a secure area. An employee notified me that what I was looking for was in the garden section and ended up getting a better deal on a Milwaukee Brand tool for son. He loves it. Making a difference by the positivity of the employee I've interacted with.

I needed assistance getting product down from the high shelves in the garden center. Pat B. made sure she found a fork lift driver even though the store was short staffed and stayed with me until I had my product in hand!

Staff was very Friendly and helpful. Check out was a breeze No waiting

Purchase some stone and landscaping materials and got lots of help and questions Answered by Terri and the loading staff (sorry forgot his name ) Wouldn't take a tip. But both very friendly and knowledgeable about the stores products. Thankyou to the Garden staff !

We have purchased several small and large budget items from the Rhinelander Home Depot in the past several years including a John Deere riding mower, granite counter tops and washer and dryer. The level of information and service provided by the employees at this store is always to notch.

Friendly helpful and available staff. From entering, throughout store and at checkout staff greeted us and offered assistance.

Poor communication, poor knowledge of everything, poor leadership . Not to happy!!

I have shopped at other Home Depots and find this Rhinelander store to have much better employees who know how to treat the customer well. We will shop this store from now on for sure!

I worked with Neil over the phone an email saving me 12 hours of driving. One of my main concerns was the door swing on all the doors I purchased. Neil explained what I hope I needed to know. I will know for sure when the doors arrive in May.

Andrea Olson went out of her way to make sure I found the drill I was looking for. She had to fight security cables and open multiple displays to compare drills. But she was more then willing to and extremely pleasant. 5 starts all the way
