The store is clean Upon when entering the store. The greeter has a smile and a big hello. Items that I looked for were kinda easy to find. The associate assist me when I needed it, and friendly in doing so.

I would choose this store over any other when it comes to paint projects, Dan in paint has been there for years, very trustworthy and honest when it comes to paint, a true old school paint guy, he really knows his stuff!

This Home Depot establishment is always well prepared and well stocked for every day needs and for contractors. I appreciate the kind and outgoing nature of the employees who go out of thier way to provide assistance at every step of the shopping experience. The culture at this Home Depot is one to admire for more home improvement stores. The hours that it is open is great for business as a lot of the surrounding community depends on home improvement needs from this Home Depot location.

This store is very busy but has a staff of seasoned associates who can help you find what you need to get your job done big or small. The store is usually well stocked but if there is something you can't find the associates are able to help to quickly locate it at another store or online.

This store always has what I am looking for and the employees are curtious.

If you ever need to buy any thing from the paint department if you need assistance ask for a employee named Dan, he will assist you with the best service you have ever recieved. He will go beyond what is expected of him to be sure your questions are answered and you are completely satisfied. You'll be amazed.

You have employees who do the minimum. After being in Customer Service for 43 years, it's hard to see the treatment that some of them provide. As it is in every industry!!

Several associates worked together to help me & exceeded my expectations. I am extremely happy with my latest visit to the store. My visit being right after Black Friday.. I know the associates must be tired from a long weekend, they sure didn't act that way. Again, several employees went above & beyond for me.

Overall friendly employees willing to help if you need them knowledgeable about products that you could be interested in i give them a 10 out of 5 stars

I am a general contractor and do many jobs throughout southern california. Never have i ever came across a manager and another personel who were genuine and willing to take the time and extra mile to assist us with a matter that we felt so helpless. They went beyond expectations.

I frequent the Rialto HD on a regular basis n i always get greeted with smile n employees that is always willing to go out their way to help. Ex:I’ll Ask where can i find an item i can find it but the employee would take me to the item.when on store scooter a employee would reach an item for me when i can’t get it. Thanks HD Rialto

I'm very satisfied with my visit experience at this Home Depot. I was able to get immediate help finding what I was looking for, without having to chase for an employee.

Yes, I recommend the store but if you value good customer service, or want to be treated with common courtesy, don’t go to the checkstand that has Dolores, she is rude & bossy!!!
