Was looking for a replacement for a soaker hose. The Home Depot rep walked me to the area graciously and I thanked him. The checkout rep was also very pleasant and wished me a good day when I left. Will be returning again.

I bought toilets, faucet sets and other plumbing supplies for a 20 year old home remodel. I arranged to pay remotely while my helper picked these up. Pro Desk helped verify my info, saving me a trip. Thanks.

I used to really dislike this store but it has improved over the years. A little cleaner and helpful employees even if they need more. Overall good stock and can usually find what I need. Garden center doing a lot better at keeping there plants alive than they used to. Keep up the good work!

I came into the store looking for a Brad Nail gun. It showed that there were 11 in stock however these were nowhere to be found. David was extremely helpful in searching multiple locations as well as bringing in his associates Matt and Angela for assistance. David went above and beyond to get me squared away.

This place is constantly busy, but the staff take time to answer your questions without making you feel rushed. Clean store and polite knowledgable staff will keep me returning here.

For being what seems like a smaller location in an area that isn't as nice as others it was not what I expected.

The worst service I received from this store and it missed up my credit score due to employee's mistake

I like the pour spout on Behr paint cans. Although it is just more plastic crap that will find its way into the ocean, it is pretty handy.

Last Friday, I visited store #0556 to purchase a new toilet. The assistance provided by Sawa, David, Myriam and German was above and beyond my expectation. Made the experience a great one and I will be back based on my experience here.

My handicap mother has been trying to remodel her bathroom for three months a month ago she ordered everything from the Home Depot in Mesquite today they told her once again they did not have her order I got on the phone called six different locations and the Home Depot Richardson store on Jupiter Road finally came through and prove they care about their customers we were able to get everything we needed to finish the job within 30 minutes of arriving called on the phone the people on the phone were very helpful very considerate did not leave me on hold a long time I cannot say that for the other five locations I contacted today I will be driving to the store for my Home Depot needs from now on

My morning started off pretty early so when stopping at the Home Depot to search for a few items I needed I was greeted by employee with a smile and eagerness to help me find whatever I needed. I also had questions on a repair or replacement of a item and was able to get a replacement part at no cost due to them having an extra piece in stock from another damaged item that they would have to get rid of. With it being the holidays and me being a single parent. This was truly a blessing. Thank you Latron and Jacqueline for such an Amazing experience.

Our 24" double wall oven finally bit the dust. We went to a local appliance store and they were dismissive. We left and drove straight to Home Depot, where we were fortunate that they had one in stock! We couldn't get the money out fast enough!

This store is very well stocked, and the staff is always ready to help and knowledgeable

Store employees really helpful!

I used to worry about buying the exact amount of materials needed to complete a project but now I just purchase enough to make sure the project is done without extra trips to the store that slow down or extend the completion time. If I have extra materials then I know I can return them and get a refund quickly on my next visit at the store in any of its locations.
