I frequent the Riverhead location as my go to for home projects. Staff is always very pleasant and happy to help.

Really managed like garbage.

This is one of the best HD we have been in. Employees were incredibly friendly and helpful. Everything we needed was in stock or coming in (appliances)

I am renovating my kitchen and found the perfect cabinet pulls in the quantity that I needed at a good price.

If you don't have any one to help people load cars, just say so. It's repulsive to have customers wait for 30 minutes. Thank God there were some nice people in the parking lot area to help. My husband has a bad back. Very bad service. No stars. Will not return to store.

Garbage on the floors. Miserable store!!

If you are in the market for power tool or cordless tool platforms look for Jim in this department. I believe he is a Navy vet. Super knowledgeable and attentive.

Bought a dishwasher mid October & finally delivered 11/26. 4 weeks after their original delivery date. What is surprised they forgot to bring the granite brackets. They were supposed to call me to set up a new date, two weeks go by, no phone call, I have to call them. Set up a date, take off work, they don’t show up. Make another date with the delivery time of 1230 to 4 o’clock, 10:15 AM to leave me a message they’re going to be there by 11 AM, so I leave work early and they don’t show up. Their excuse was I didn’t call them back to confirm the earlier time slot. They are voicemail did not tell me to call to confirm. No I’ve taken off work twice I called to get another date for them to fix what they didn’t in the first place and they tell me my 30 days is up to get it taken care of I have to get it taken care of myself. Also they said they’re gonna call you the night before with a timeframe for the next day but they never called once, I have to call them first thing in the morning to see what’s going on. Never again Home Depot. We are parting ways. I can spend my money elsewhere and I will. The entire process was a nightmare. Too much to put into this review.

Once again tried to get my guys in and out with the materials out of pro outlet only to be railroaded by store employees blocking off lanes.

It took forever to return 2 small items. There was one customer service person working with at least 12 people in line. Every time I go to the Riverhead store it is a nightmare and takes forever to get something done. I find myself going to Lowe’s across the street instead to not deal with the headache. Your customer service dept needs to be a priority because right now it sucks

Went to the store on Thursday. Drove all the way from Sag Harbor only to find out that the door is closed. Asked an employee why they are closed while the store is still opened, and the guy just shrugged his shoulders. Who is in charge of this store? What a joke. Shopping elsewhere.

Management is garbage

I keep coming to this home depot to buy house plants. They have a good selection and they actually take care of the plants while in the store. A lot of places let the plants die.

I ordered a tool combo kit online and never received the tool. I went to the customer service desk and a team member Julia was quick to address the issue and I was able to pick up the tool at the store . Very have with the level of professionalism!

It is our pleasure to enthusiastically praise Customer Experience Manager Theresa Knudsten who assisted us yesterday with a complicated purchase of an artificial Christmas tree at your Home Depot - Riverhead store (#1222). Happy to provide details if you wish, but suffice it to say that her professionalism, tenacity, and politeness in satisfactorily resolving our issue reflects extremely well on your company. So much so that, and as we told Theresa at the time, we will let our friends know to request her services if they run into a problem at this Home Depot location. We hope in some way the customer service support she provided to us is recognized because she does your brand proud.

I've been purchasing garden rocks for the past couple of weeks and have been very pleased with the selection in store(and online) the pricing was very fair. I will items return to purchase more items for the outdoors and kitchen areas.

Herman knew where the products were & rolled my cart to each of them. Then he loaded my cart, rolled me to the register & then loaded the products in my car. He was like my own personal shopper. Look for him!

This Home Depot often has items in stock that the others do not!

I went in to buy paint for windows and wasn’t sure of the paint i should use. Meaghan was very helpful and friendly and she guided me in picking the right one.

The store would be great if they just had a bit more employees to help shoppers. They should be placed in every department. I am pretty sure that is already in place but it’s just not enough. That is my only complaint. It could be a lot worse but that would make it even better.

I am the mom of rather large special needs child of the age of 11 who has 50+ lbs on me and is about inch or so taller. She hadn't slept well in about 3 day and I was unable to reason with her to go on line to purchase these lollipop that you can get at dollar tree 2 for $1 but you have the nerve to sell for 97 cents each. So I did what i thought was the right thing after failing to convince her to come in and purchase them. I had her sit with her grandma in car and came back to ring up 3 lollipops and pay. As I was checking out I hear a man and older woman discuss what happened. They admitted they didn't observe everything and only heard the yelling and made you know what out themselves by assuming I was hitting her. My daughter has tick disorder and smacks herself in face but she was trying to claw, bite and smack me not to return to store to do self check out. She was not willing to sit in the chairs outside and give me just one to ring it up. So as I said I did what I thought was the right thing. Make sure she was safe and with somebody so I could pay for the items. I broke down in tears because I literally did nothing wrong but try to shield my face, guide her inside and reason with her. You really need to educate your staff about special needs or compassion. I will never return and will advise family and friends to avoid it as well. I would never harm my child or return to pay for said items don't you think if i had been guilty of that?!

The sales person spent time trying to locate the item I needed, (Could not find it) He even went on line to search for it, (found it else ware)

Not this trip but last month I purchased paint. The person working the counter-Chris-waited on 3 people at the same time. We all walked away happy and amazed.
