Tyralyn was a great cashier. I felt bad with how I had in my cart but she carefully transfered items as she scanned into another cart. She answered all my questions on their credit card they carry and showed me how to earn points. Definitely knew what she was talking about.

I am remodeling my basement and therefore I shop at the store all the time. It is always clean, neat tidy, but my biggest problem is with the young employees that don't know what they're doing. They try to help you, but they simply can't because they don't have field experience and just come across as ignorant. I wish you would shadow these younger employees with older with more experienced ones so that they could learn that's the way it used to be done in the old days don't just throw them to the wolves.

I shop the Home Depo very often, it is my first choice on most building products. They also have a great selection in the garden. They have good selection of tools and stock most of the good brands. I also love your return policy. If you grab the wrong thing you know you can always return it with out a problem.

I would like to recognize Jen Casey in the Interior Design Department. She was able to answer all of our questions and concerns. Even go to the length to help me decide on colors. If you are looking at anything Interior design, I highly recommend anyone to go see and ask for Jen.

I am not a technical, "handyman" or anything like it. The expertise at the Home Depot in Riverton is valuable to me. I know I am going to leave Home Depot with exactly what I need

Purchased GE Refrigerator/Freezer recently. The salesman, Roman, explained what I can expect with the delivery and how to call if there was any problem. Home depot kept me abreast of everything going on with the order and the delivery. The crew was efficient with the delivery and the install. Everything went smoothly.

Employees at this location are by far the most friendliest.

My casher Tyralyn showed me excellent customer service by conversing with me at checkout, and asking how my day was and making me laugh, which made me leave the store happier than I was when I entered, and with a smile on my face.

The guys did a wonderful job, helping me find what I needed, friendly, and helpful through the end, and even to my car

My cashier Caden made it. I’ve not seen a retail employee, especially one as young as him as excited or happy about his job in too long. He was helpful, excited, positive. If he is any reflection in the rest of the store I highly recommend what’s happening here.

Tyra in cashiering is always helping me find things and informing me about my product warranties and info I don’t pay attention. She makes every transaction painless. I go to this location for help from Tyra and Paul!!

The aisles are cramped, making customers wait and when checking out, rather than allowing a customer to get in line for the register, an employee took it upon themselves to form everyone in ONE LINE, like we are not smart enough to figure it out ourselves.

I like it like everyone else when go check out and find out by the cashier Paul, you will be paying a whole lot less for that item. Great surprise!!!!!

I now have a dishwasher sitting where my car should be Typical delivery/install is 3-4 days. Waited 6. Only to have them drop it in garage because they fort the parts

Whatever’s not in stock… I just order it on line, in store and having it sent to to the store for pick up.

A Home Depot employee by the name of Paul was so helpful and very kind. He helped me find just what I needed and kept me laughing the whole time:) Home Depot needs more Paul’s throughout the store:)

Russ went over and beyond helping me to understand this new stuff. I really appreciate his patience and knowledge.

This is a very nice home supply story. Minus 1 star because they allow people to bring in their pet dogs. When said dogs bark, it's incredibly loud for everyone in the store.

The flooring choices are many. I chose to do waterproof vinyl. Lifetime warranty and very durable. The process was smooth and Home Depot has qualified, insured contracted installers for whatever type of flooring you choose.

I just bought the Ryobi21" 40V Dual blade Mower and Ryobi Edger. They are awesome. The quality of the mow job is great and the edger works really well. I have been impressed that the battery works for longer than I expeced. My son actually uses it to mow some of the neighbors lawns as well and they have been very happy. It is also very quiet compared to my gas mower

We had the most most amazing man helping us ... We just went in to get some information and he walked us through all of our questions, with answers we understood...He was so knowledgeable and we ended up buying a washer and dryer knowing we made a good decision.

The employees at this store are always helpful and knowledgeable.

THIS STORE IS REALLY NICE AND THE EMPLOYEES ARE INCREDIBLE KIND AND HELPFUL.

The appliance expert found exactly what we were looking for at a very fair price, also found an upgraded model for just a few dollars more that made are trip worthwhile.

A person came up to us and ask how they could help. He was able to help us get our appliances. pick out exactly what we need, see the various options, get them ordered and let us know the process. Then, we needed help in another department. He took us to the right person and then followed up to make sure we had everything that we needed.

I shop at the Riverton Utah home depot almost daily and part of the reason is convenience of location, the rest of the reason and the best part is the dedication of the employees that run the store and get us what we need.
